My appointment scheduled at 7:30 am, but I sat in my car for 30 minutes before getting to a service advisor. This unacceptable. If you’re not staffed to handle the increased volume of customers stop overbooking! More

Very Pleasant Mr. Bass was very nice and he provided me with additional information about my car as the service was happening. He was able to email me the proposed work and I was then able to send that information to my husband, who was not with me to help me make a decision on what to do. That's a plus because I'm not good with car jargon and I would've surely messed up in trying to explain anything to my husband. More

I was there for an oil change and a clip for under my car. I received a complimentary oil change after explaining to Jerry Lee that I had paid $3600 for a new transmission in July, just months after having service including a transmission fluid flush on my car. I was stranded out of State during a work trip and went to a local Nissan dealership in that state. Jerry Lee was polite, full of information and suggestions. More
