Horrible customer service!!! the service center had my car an entire month!!! Yes, an entire month!!! Updates on the progress of repair was to say the least few and far between. the service center had my car an entire month!!! Yes, an entire month!!! Updates on the progress of repair was to say the least few and far between. Phone calls were haphazardly returned, service manager was never available, left voicemail messages (only a couple were returned and not to the person leaving the message). Pricing was outrageous. Service Manger lied in front of his manager trying to minimize my disgust. I had a rental car and as I had to wait for repair and listen to excuses as to why my car was not ready when promised...tech is out sick, manager is not in...First they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Car had a rough idle at a stop while in drive. Code for miss fire...Wanted to change a coil that had already been replaced, checked spark plugs and wires then deducted that the fuel injection system needed to be replaced only to say I needed the engine to be replaced. The car ran normal while driving it just not at stops while in drive. You go from spark plugs to an engine replacement? Anyway, my car was promised 4 times before I got it and each time the service manager barely bothered to call with an update. Told me my car would be $4500..then it was going to be $5000 with a discount and the rental was included only to get there and the total was $5300 with a $300 discount and 4 days off of the rental! 4 days...I had the car a month with 4 broken promise dates...After talking to the Tony's manager Mark...he gave me 9 days off the rental. Am I supposed to be impressed? Not!!! Should have comp'd the entire car rental as promised and discounted the service by at the very least 50%. Now the tire sensor light is on, there are no caps on my tire stems (Where did they go?) I don't and will not ever go there again nor recommend anyone. I now have to get the sensor and tire caps done somewhere else. No one should shop there nor get their car serviced there...A rip off and poor customer service to boot. Tony even asked what was so bad about the service??? If I could rate the experience Negative stars...I would! Can someone tell me the owners name? I am going to look it up and share my experience...maybe just maybe he will care that customer service is non-existing within his dealership! Lots more to say but tired of typing! More

maybe it was a bad day I have visited the service department on several occasions. Unfortunately this time it took 2.5 hours for an oil change. Customer service is always on I have visited the service department on several occasions. Unfortunately this time it took 2.5 hours for an oil change. Customer service is always on point and my service advisor Tony Jones is great. Not sure what the problem is with techs but they get a failing grade from me and manangement should look into this asap. More
