Great experiences started with a phone call several years ago when I wasn't a customer yet. It was a service call for a small emergency while I was traveling and the service department that I was affiliated ago when I wasn't a customer yet. Long story short, I called the next nearest dealership, knowing it was only a few minutes before closing on a Friday night and a very knowledgeable service tech answered the call and took care of my problem with reassurance. That is where Conway Ford began with me. All calls for scheduling appointments are handled with very pleasant employees. The purchase of this new vehicle was so easy. First of all, I had no idea on that day I went in for an oil change that I would be considering a newer vehicle. I inquired and the rest is history. I never had any concerns. It was ordered and Kimberly Seitz explained the process with ordering a new vehicle and that is exactly how it transpired. Kimberly Seitz is a wonderful sales rep. She doesn't impose any pressure and makes you feel like a friend. I totally love my new vehicle, the sales and service departments and knowing I can trust my local Ford Dealership in Conway, SC.
