Service is always an over 2 - 3 hour wait I’ve been coming to continental Toyota ever since there last location. I have always brought my Past Toyota and current Toyota to this dealership. My I’ve been coming to continental Toyota ever since there last location. I have always brought my Past Toyota and current Toyota to this dealership. My recent visit has been the final straw. I waited over 3 hours for the tech to replace a tire yes one tire under warranty. My car was pulled in 10 min after I had it check in and was on the technicians rack for almost 3 hrs. I myself work at a dealership as a tech and I have never took 3 hours to put on a tire especially on a Thursday night! I understand with the oil changes that it can get busy and I’ve always waited over 2 hours for them. Once my warranty is over I am out. I want to also add that the service advisor who I believe was new since I haven’t seen him before didn’t really want to take me he seemed like he was forced to check in my car which is pretty rude. Maybe the job isn’t for you then is what I believe. Then once I received my paperwork back it mentioned that all of my tires were at 6/32 when Ik for a fact that they were in between 7/32 and 8/32 in addition one tire should of been at 9/32 since I had replaced a few months back and the rest of the tires turned a year old. In the end I paid $165 for a $220 tire. Should’ve went somewhere else to get my tires. More
