I needed to get a new car because my town was devastated by a massive flood. It was the worst experience with this dealer ever! I decided to buy a new Toyota and because this dealer is close to me I gave them a try. Well never AGAIN! I wanted to buy either Toyota Highlander or R decided to buy a new Toyota and because this dealer is close to me I gave them a try. Well never AGAIN! I wanted to buy either Toyota Highlander or RAV4 since I already owned Highlander and I love SUVs. Sales person I deal with was good, only positive about this dealer but he's no longer there. Rest of the \eople I dealed with were very unprofessional and rude (mostly William who sugested that I buy Camry or something from smaller cars since Im young, "first learn how to walk before you run" how he said). Told them from beginning Im not giving any down payment and they were ok not a problem we will finance you for 0%. Well didnt happen. I got the car for a week and then they decided they wont give me a loan. They demanded a down payment after I already been driving the car for a week. Well I gave the car back and went to another dealer and they got my business and recomendations now. This is the worst dealer ever. Whenever I drive by them now I turn my head away. Save your time and nerves go to different dealer to buy car you like. More

Once again I experienced something so rare that it is only found in a few selected areas of life. I found heart felt, truly dedicated customer service beyond my expectations. I brought my van in for serv only found in a few selected areas of life. I found heart felt, truly dedicated customer service beyond my expectations. I brought my van in for service and once again a seamless wonderful experience akin to checking into a 5 star hotel (even hot cookies coffee and fruit). Then I ventured on to see the finance director, Christian Callada. I wanted to purchase an extended warranty for my much loved 2006 Toyota Sienna which by the way has never given me any problems. Chris took fantastic care of me giving me a fantastic deal and even financed it at 0% interest. So my red van will have another 36,000 miles of TLC administered by the great service department at Continental Toyota. Thanks Chris. For those reasons I would gladly go back to them for future business. I had been looking around for awhile and seen my fair share of new cars and dealerships. I saw the car (a Scion) that was at the top of my list at a lower price then I saw at other dealers. Once there I met the Sales Consultant Ed Doerge who was the primary person I dealt with throughout this 'adventure'. Discussions went well and there was never too much pressure. He always remained open and obliging with the negotiations and questions I had. Likewise, Chris Callada of financing was pleasant to work with and not overly-pushy. Shortly thereafter I decided this was the car and deal I wanted so I pulled the trigger... And in retrospect, I would gladly do it over. -A good dealership experience and a truly amazing car, what's not to love! The only smudge on the experience would be that Parts Department appeared bothered/unwilling during the short time I dealt with them. As an aside, there was also a "Theft Guard" charge others on this site have noted, but after learning what it is and the services included I wasn't bothered by it but still feel the buyer should be asked instead of having it automatically done.
