I bought a used 2007 honda accord from them at the end of march, and they told me the car came with a 3 month limited warranty. On may 19th I took my car to Highline automotive because the ac compressor kept march, and they told me the car came with a 3 month limited warranty. On may 19th I took my car to Highline automotive because the ac compressor kept cycling on and off every 1 to 2 minutes and the air coming out of the vents was not cold,they found it low on charge so they recharged the ac but they said the compressor kept cycling on and off when they were recharging it and that it could be a weak compressor.A few days later I found that it was still going on and off and not cooling. I went to the toyota dealer and they they told me that the compressor is covered under my warranty and to bring the car in to service and ask for Stefan Filpovski. THey took my car in back and Stefan told me they will put my car on te big machine in back to test it. Less than 1 hour later they told me that my ac was working normal and showed me a photo of a thermometer in mty vent showing 400 degrees.The outside air temperature that day was in the low 50s. I told him that it was cycling on and off every few minutes and he told me all car ac units cycle on and off. Now the outside temperature is 80 degrees and my ac will not cool off the car and it is still going on and off every 2 minutes. My 3 month warranty is almost up but I think it will be a waste of time to go back to their service,because it seems like they do not want to spend any money to cover the parts covered under their used cay warranty. I also have a problem with the alignment on the carnot being set to specs,but when i bought the car the carfax report showed that on 03/19 2025 continental toyota performed a 4 wheel alignment on the car before I bought it.When I went back to the toyota service and showed them tha alignment report that was just done on the car Stephan in service told me that they would not have done an alignment on a used car before they sell it,especially on a off brand car,. Why did the dealer report that an alignment was done when they never did it,someone is lying and I think that this dealers service department for their used cars is very bad. They do not even deserve the 1 star,bot I could not find a 0 star choice.DO not buy a used car from this dealer,because they will not stand behind their warranty, More

I have had a long relationship with Continental Toyota and they are a fabulous 5 star operation top to bottom. My Sales Consultant on my most recent purchase was Ahmad Alkaraki and he was extremely knowl and they are a fabulous 5 star operation top to bottom. My Sales Consultant on my most recent purchase was Ahmad Alkaraki and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Ahmad went above and beyond the call of duty in every way. The G.M. Joe Miglio, and the Finance Manager Domenic Nanni were top notch in supporting Ahmad. In the service dept, Andy Sanchez is as good as service advisors get, unflinching honest and does not try to sell you services that you don't need. I can recommend Continental Toyota in the sincerest way. 5 Stars all around! More

Went to another shop with an on-going issue I had with my vehicle not starting. I decided to go to Continental Toyota and spoke to the manager Jordan and he was able take me in very short notice. Turns out t vehicle not starting. I decided to go to Continental Toyota and spoke to the manager Jordan and he was able take me in very short notice. Turns out the aftermarket remote start I got installed was causing my battery to drain (I don’t understand cars) They were able to remove it and I have not had an issue since! The technician also sent over a video explaining what he found which was pretty cool. Stew the other service manager was able to explain a little more in “non technician” terms to make me better understand things, which again, I don’t know cars but my car is fixed and I couldn’t be more relieved! Being stuck and not knowing what was going on with my car was such a stressful thing especially when I had my 3 kids in the car. Will be going back for future services! More
In all honesty, they don't even deserve 1 star. I was scammed out of $190.00 for a diagnostic test which they did not perform, instead they used a handheld obd reader (Autozone will do for free) t I was scammed out of $190.00 for a diagnostic test which they did not perform, instead they used a handheld obd reader (Autozone will do for free) to tell me what I already knew, which was "the electronic system is not communicating" (Reason why I was there in first place) They insisted that it was my battery and needed to be replaced. My battery was less than a year old and I had no problems with my battery, but I changed it anyway to a new one, believing them. But after replacing the battery, I came to find out it wasn't the battery at all. I called Continental Toyota and spoke to Nick, who calls himself a manager. He tells me he'll have a "master technician do the diagnostic test, btw, they're all master technicians there, lol, (kids in diapers). I went back to get my money's worth, what I paid for, and did not receive a "diagnostic test" that Nick had promised; btw, Nick took the day off on my scheduled return day. There is no master technician, and they can't provide me with a proper code with the reason why the electronic system is not communicating, nor would they give me a full report that they supposedly ran an appropriate diagnostic test. I asked for a refund for the test I paid for and did not receive, They refused; instead, they went back over years in history looking for excuses. Currently I am out of $500.00 due to there unexperienced mechanics and xxxxty customer service suggestions. They really should hire people who are certified mechanics and train their customer service kids to be honest with customers and not play guessing games with the customer's wallets!! By the way, avoid Stew and Jessica, they are trained liars!! For the record, Continental toyota worked on my electronic system 2-3 years ago, but according to them, they have no record of it... does this surprise you? How convenient for them that this record doesn't exist. More
