Joe Miglio, and the Finance Manager Domenic Nanni were top notch in supporting Ahmad. In the service dept, Andy Sanchez is as good as service advisors get, unflinching honest and does not try to sell you services that you don't need. Went to another shop with an on-going issue I had with my vehicle not starting. I decided to go to Continental Toyota and spoke to the manager Jordan and he was able take me in very short notice. Turns out t vehicle not starting. I decided to go to Continental Toyota and spoke to the manager Jordan and he was able take me in very short notice. Turns out the aftermarket remote start I got installed was causing my battery to drain (I don’t understand cars) They were able to remove it and I have not had an issue since! The technician also sent over a video explaining what he found which was pretty cool. Stew the other service manager was able to explain a little more in “non technician” terms to make me better understand things, which again, I don’t know cars but my car is fixed and I couldn’t be more relieved! Being stuck and not knowing what was going on with my car was such a stressful thing especially when I had my 3 kids in the car. Will be going back for future services! More
