Dropped off my vehicle to get its complimentary oil change last week. It was a 2024 frontier, Dealt with Chris Rayner one of the service "advisor" which is clueless with Nissan products. He started off by showing no enthusiasm with his customer service skills towards me, signed and surrender the vehicle for service. Once I picked up my vehicle I ask Chris for a quote on a roof rack for my truck, which almost takes an act of congress at Nissan just to get a quote on anything there. So with a sigh, He couldn't give me a straight answer so he had me go with him to find my vehicle and see what type of part I was talking about, which was already made for Nissan trucks in the first place, so he had to call somebody, because he doesn't know the Nissan products. So fortunately I told him that there was a Nissan frontier that was parked near the front doors that was suit up with Nismo product including the roof rack I was asking the price for. After showing Chris the particular part, I then asked him if he knew his Nissan parts, and begins telling me unfortunately he doesn't work for the parts department, which is about 10 feet away from his chair. I immediately asked him, wouldn't you want to learn about Nissan parts since you ultimately install the products on the vehicles anyway. Of course he didn't say anything. So finally another person that works with him told Chris to go check out the window sticker of the truck that had all the accessories on them and see if there was a price. Which there was. So instead of going through all that he could've been nicer and figured that out instead of being clueless. Hopefully he has a better attitude towards the next customer. More
I had always have a great experience with the service here! I recently visited for a tire repair and battery charge with no appointment, and I was blown away by their service! The staff was super friendly and fast, the waiting area is comfy with free coffee, and they even replaced the battery in my keys. Everyone was so polite and helpful that it made my day! I highly recommend them for any car needs. Great job More
I would absolutely NEVER buy a Nissan. Not only did my transmission go out after only 9 years after buying it BRAND NEW from continental Nissan but the service I have received is literally Not only did my transmission go out after only 9 years after buying it BRAND NEW from continental Nissan but the service I have received is literally laughable. Used them before and bought a Doggie in 2018. Awesome customer service at that time. Recently was looking at purchasing or leasing a truck. No one there was helpful. The salesman I spoke to when I went in wasn’t interested in getting me info on incoming inventory. He only wanted to push used vehicles. I get new stock is low. I reached out for more information on incoming trucks, did get an email back about some incoming, but no one reached out after that. I reached out several times but no one wanted to get back. When someone did, I got paperwork for Honda not Nissan. I reached out again and did not get anyone to answer my questions or return my phone calls. I ended up going to a competitor and getting a truck that day. Service department there is amazing. Sales have stopped caring. More
I did a test drive of this dealership and unfortunately I test drove the trim package that I wasn’t interested in after doing research I realize that they did have the right trim package and I came back and test drove the trim package that I wasn’t interested in after doing research I realize that they did have the right trim package and I came back and they let me look at it and I have to say my experience from them was wonderful when I told them that I am not in the process of buying I’m just looking around to see what I’m interested in they never brought up once are you ready to buy they did the proper thing which is high in customer service is after the after or before I left the sales associate handed me his business card and said I hope you come back zero pressure didn’t force me to feel I had to buy anything and the rest of the staff was super friendly I think Nissan is moving up With their new corporate CEO of Nissan other of America they are re-branding and rebuilding them self they’ve change the way their vehicles look drive and keeping their lower prices so I think this dealership will do super well thank you for giving me a great experience More

I purchased a brand new vehicle which every time I came for service it was unorganized and rude. I have recalls for items where, if in an accident it would be fatal to my passengers and no one made contact with me. I will never buy here again and have since got rid of my 2014 Nissan Altima Death Trap. GO TO FORD! More
I arrived without an appointment for a 3,000 mile servicing and to have the summer tires & wheels swapped-out for the winter set. The Service-writer, Phil, greeted me an appointment for a 3,000 mile servicing and to have the summer tires & wheels swapped-out for the winter set. The Service-writer, Phil, greeted me by name, took down the servicing information, and got me a shuttle-ride back to work. By the way, the shuttle driver, Kathy, was pleasure to talk with. Not only did I receive excellent service - they also washed my car! service department personnel has been one of ""under promising and over delivering"". From servicing, to tire pressure sensor re-sets, to the courtesy shuttle service - these folks put the ""satisfaction"" in customer satisfaction. More
Had a great experience with salesman David Summerhays at Nissan. He listens, patient, not high pressure and great follow through. Highly recommend him. No games!!!
