My previous visits to the service department were fantastic. Joe was my adviso for those visits and he did great. He delivered the service he promised and you expect at a dealership. Cameron was my advisor and initially he was pleasant enough on check in. But, his follow through was sub par at best beyond the texting through WiAdvisor. Whe I returned to pick up my Grand Cherokee and drop off my RAM for service he checked me in and said "I'll be right back, if you want to have a seat in the waiting room I'll go get your vehicle and paperwork and meet you at the cashier. 20 minutes passed and still no sight of Cameron. I walked back into the service drive and was helped immediately by Joe. A day or two later I received a follow up email, automated I'm sure, and I expressed my concerns. two more days have passed and I have yet to hear from anyone at the dealership to follow up about my less than average experience. However, they were sure not to forget to email me marketing on upsell maintenance items in the mean time. So now I sit and wait to see if anyone contacts me after this review before I complete the two surveys I have from Ram & Jeep. I even explained upon check in to Cameron that I'm wellaware how important the surveys are to the dealerhsip and their pay plans. Hopefully someone contats me to hear me out and convince me to return for future service and purchases. Side note, Cameron and Joe are not available to select in the service department for people I worked with. More
Brought my truck in because glass screen wasn’t working. Told tech I have an extended warranty multiple times. Told they have had 11 trucks with same issues since January. Interesting that my clock still had the right time. And all my radio presets are still the same. I would think if they had to reset like they have in the past my presets and clock would have to be reprogrammed. Nice of them to set everything back to the way I had it. I did not think to take a picture of my radio presets. So glad they remembered them for me. Then was told it wasn’t covered under the extended warranty. That buying the warranty from another place doesn’t always cover everything. Interesting because we bought our truck and warranties from Contemporary. Then when husband questioned why they charged for repairs. He was told to save our receipt and if they have a recall on the truck we might get our money back. I am not a happy customer. More
They were able to identify and fix the issue with my Ram 1500 ABS but you certainly pay a premium for the service. In total it was $25 in parts for a bill that came out to nearly $900. The workmanship definitely did not match the premium price tag. Wire looms were not put back correctly, new wires were not protected, tie wraps not cut etc. More
Contemporary took me in on a Saturday morning without any appointment and allowed me to wait when their competitors would only allow me to drop it off and not wait which I know would have meant they would no appointment and allowed me to wait when their competitors would only allow me to drop it off and not wait which I know would have meant they would not have gotten to it that day. They answered any questions I had and allowed to speak with the technician. Being a fellow technician myself, I appreciated the honesty and the professionalism that was shown. I do wish that there was more of an in-stock selection for tires but also understand available inventory space is limited and was coming in without and appointment. I will continue to service my wife's jeep there as long as the continued professional service is present. More

Not my favorite experience. We've been there multiple times for routine service, and the result remains the same. time management is not a strong suit. We scheduled on line, stating that we were waiting. We decided to drop off the jeep a day before our 9:30 A.M. appointment. My Truck had an 11:30 appointment that day as well. We have a family member with dementia that we wanted to prevent from waiting. We got to the dealership at 11:30, to pick up the Jeep. After we checked my truck in, we were told the Jeep had not been taken into the shop yet. Now, we were forced to wait 2 hours for the Jeep. No T.V., and all though there was coffee in the building, the only cups available were used. They tried to tell us my wife needed to pay 800.00 for brakes, and after speaking to our mechanic, that was not true. Thank god we didn't let them do it. Once that service was done, i was told my truck had not been started. at 1:30 for an 11:30 appointment for an oil change and inspection, which I said I was waiting there for. Although the blame was put on the service advisor, I am sure it is a management issue. The mechanics were heard giving the advisor wise cracks. the service manager also passing off blame. If you offer a service online, and give someone the choice of appointment, and whether to wait or not, there should be certain accommodations made to ensure a halfway decent experience. there was a complete disregard to the value of our time, or our situation. perhaps you should get rid of the scheduling option online, and make it first come first served. just disappointed.
