Me, my family and all of my friends buy all of our cars there and we all have them serviced there. I was surprised to read a bad rating because I have been dealing with them for over 15 years with not 1 pr there and we all have them serviced there. I was surprised to read a bad rating because I have been dealing with them for over 15 years with not 1 problem. It is the only car place I would go to. They are very honest and they care about people not just what money can they make today. I wish there was alot more business's like that. If there was our world would not be so upside down right now. We leased a used car with only 23,000 miles from this dealer. The car was represented as a one owner, very clean vehicle without issues. However, the car had nothing but problems, often not starting an dealer. The car was represented as a one owner, very clean vehicle without issues. However, the car had nothing but problems, often not starting and leaving us stranded until it would eventually start. There were random electrical problems, such as some days, the heated seats wouldn't turn off, the radio wouldn't work, the power ports didn't work and sometimes the battery would be dead. The front end problems made it unsafe to drive, often making it necessary to hold the steering wheel firmly with both hands to prevent unintentionally changing lanes, when encountering a rut on the freeway. Evidently the car had been in an accident prior to us purchasing it and this was not disclosed to us. They did nothing but meager attempts to resolve these issue. Every time we took the car back to be repaired, they couldn't find the problem and continued to deny the car had been wrecked. They put in a new battery, but this didn't resolve the starting or random electrical issues. They replaced the right front tire, but it didn't resolve the front end issues. When we asked them to take the car back, they refused. Their solution was for us to trade the car, or spend another $4000 and purchase another vehicle from them. In the end Conte Brothers wouldn't help us at all and we had to pay (in addition to our initial expenditure) $2500 to break the lease so we could purchase a reliable and safe vehicle from a reputable national dealer.
