Unprofessional and horrible experience Firstly, a salesman told me that he would wait for me. I drove 1+ hour to buy a car for my daughter, arrived 6,30 and the dealer was closed. Dealer Website shows OPEN up to 7 p.m. and the salesman would not answer my call. Secondly, their customer service is horrible. Thirdly, after agreeing to pay much more than a car was worth and receiving much less than market value on my trade-in (just to make my daughter happy. Stupid me!), they gave me a final price including registration transfer and taxes. (I already had my tag from my previous car). They called me again stating that I had to pay more $80 if I wanted to receive my registration. I felt once again deceived, stupid and naive for believing on their salesman and finance staff without carefully reading all the papers that I signed. Be careful with these small dealers... Scam, scam and scam... :-( More

Scammers I was purchasing a car from these people and this car had rims on it they dressed it up pretty. 6weeks after paying down we drove it to georgia on wha I was purchasing a car from these people and this car had rims on it they dressed it up pretty. 6weeks after paying down we drove it to georgia on what was brand new tires and had a flat just miles from Valdosta ga. When we got to georgia i checked the rest of the tires and they were all worn down. We got in the car to leave the hotel and had another flat because of bad ware on the inside next to the car. The car had to be towed because we had no other spare. The tire shop charged me almost 300 for the 2tires. This was only the beginning of our tire trouble with this car. One day while just driving along next to a dish and the controll arm snapped and i ended up in the dish. I gave the car back and consumer auto credit reported a false amount to credit bureau, a much larger amount than i actually owed. Do not under any circumstances get a car from these people. More

Liars and Scam artists Matt gave us a written quote stating it included tax, tag, title and dealer fee. Then when it was time to close Matt and his manager changed their story and said it does not include the tax or the dealer fee. Had to haggle for over an hour and still paid $500 more than what was quoted in writing just to get out of there but we were not happy about it. On the paperwork it stated the registration fee was COD. I specifically pointed it out before signing and asked what that meant and why the cost was not listed. Matt again LIED TO MY FACE and said, everything is included here in the total you are paying today. You will not owe anything else. A few weeks later I get a call from their office that the registration is in and we owe $90 to come pick it up. It's not about the $90... it's about the way they lie right to your face! We will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Dishonest LIERS! More

Sold a dangerous truck Purchased from Matt an "auction" truck had to wait 3 month to receive it because they were "fixing" it which defaulted the 14 day return policy. Matt and Frank refused to refund my money or pay for repairs like they promised pre-sale. More
