I brought my 2022 Chevrolet Colorado in for service in August. It was still under warranty and I wanted to be sure everything was in good shape. I would think the multipoint inspection that is promi August. It was still under warranty and I wanted to be sure everything was in good shape. I would think the multipoint inspection that is promised each visit would catch anything, especially on a relatively new truck. Today I took it for an oil change at Jiffy Lube and was showed metal in the transmission/rear differential. This is about a month after the Connell visit where I also complained (for the 3rd time) of a shutter feel when braking and turning to go down a hill. I intend to find out why this problem was discovered at Jiffy Lube and not at Connell the month before. Or even the visit before. More

I brought my car in for warranty work. I had purchased an extended warranty through GM. They did not honor my $0.00 deductible. They charged me the difference on what they charge vs wha I had purchased an extended warranty through GM. They did not honor my $0.00 deductible. They charged me the difference on what they charge vs what the warranty would pay. They also, charged me for the part (I think it was the warranty pays wholesale, and they charged me retail). I went to this dealer with a complaint about noise from the front wheels. They came back with a diagnosis and said that the noise is coming from the rear brakes. I thought it was odd so asked them to pleas the front wheels. They came back with a diagnosis and said that the noise is coming from the rear brakes. I thought it was odd so asked them to please double check. They brushed me off and said it was coming from the rear. They changed the brake pads and the rotors. After I paid and brought the car home. The next day, the sound was back. Nothing was fixed. When I called them back, they didn’t really care. So I’m going to another dealer. Also didn’t give me a loaner or a ride so I rented on my own. Horrible Experience all around. More
