He then promised me a better deal when we got there and would not follow through! We wasted our entire Saturday, not to mention four hours of driving time!!! I will never shop or recommend any family or friends to this dealership. More
long wait for routine services and high prices! I went there to get new tires for my car and oil change. No apologies whatsoever after it took much longer! More

I was flat-out lied to. I purchased a used car from Connell Chevrolet, and was flat-out lied to about the features of the vehicle. I asked specifically if the car had a CVT t I purchased a used car from Connell Chevrolet, and was flat-out lied to about the features of the vehicle. I asked specifically if the car had a CVT transmission, because I wanted to avoid this type of transmission since it is prone to problems. The sales person assured me it did not have a CVT transmission. I asked how they knew for sure, since it was not written in any of the documentation, and the vehicle comes with multiple transmission options (cvt, manual, 6-speed automatic). The salesperson said he looked up the specifications of the vehicle, and it was a 6-speed automatic transmission. I purchased the vehicle, and one month later took it into a mechanic to find out it is not a 6-speed automatic but a CVT transmission. Since cars with CVT transmissions cost significantly less than the 6-speed automatic that I was assured I was getting, I feel really duped by this experience. I was directly lied to about the features of the vehicle! And because of this lie I ended up overpaying for the vehicle!! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for fair and ethical salespersons. More
BEST Dealership Sales Experience Ever! My wife and I shopped for Gen 2 Chevy Volt and wanted to test drive it first. We walked onto the dealer lot, saw a new 2016 Volt sitting out front My wife and I shopped for Gen 2 Chevy Volt and wanted to test drive it first. We walked onto the dealer lot, saw a new 2016 Volt sitting out front, Tim Connell walked out and said we can test drive it right away by ourselves, no questions asked. We loved the car. We ordered custom 2016 Volt, Tim said it would be there in less than 3 months, 2 months later it arrived, we got low rate at Orange County Credit Union. 2.24% over 72mo, Connell matched that low rate and we took delivery. The pricing was transparent, breakdown of invoice, factory rebate, tax, title, dmv. 2016 Volt is very hot item right now and this dealer didn't raise the price on it. (It happens folks). Tim is super responsive, he's the guy to work with when you walk onto that lot, he's cool with texting clients as they have questions, I think most young people prefer texting to phone calls. I'm looking forward to working with folks at Connell so far they're the best for sure. I say that because we also talked to Keyes Chevrolet in Van Nuys, called them twice, both times sales person (Ben) said they would call us back and they never did, whereas Tim was complete opposite. More

Incredible Dealership I was in looking to trade my Ford Focus for the car I've always wanted the Chevrolet Cruze. As time ticked it would appear I wasn't going to be able t I was in looking to trade my Ford Focus for the car I've always wanted the Chevrolet Cruze. As time ticked it would appear I wasn't going to be able to get it, but they made it happen it was like throwing a Hail Mary pass and catching it to win. I was treated nice and the employees were all hard workers to make it happen. Their work is elite and I recommend anyone looking for a car go this dealership. More
Terrible service with no responsibility Had my truck towed into Chevrolet Connell, on harbor blvd in Costa Mesa. Had fuel pump replaced got talked into doing a trans flush. After picking my truck up, noticed there was paint damage on the side of my back left door that wasn't there before hand, about 2 inch's tall an 3 inch's wide where the clear coat an paint are missing looks like they burnt it off or hit something with it. I told them about it, an they kept saying they weren't responsible for the damage an they weren't going to do anything, they tried to say ill give you a free oil change , terrible customer service, my truck is running kind of sluggish now after they worked on it.. spent 1290$ an they just xxxxed xxxx up an shrugged it off like it was nothing.. Terrible place it should be shut down, for not taking proper responsibility for there actions. More

I bought a new trailer, went to pick it up in Pomona when I found out the trailer brake system didn't work. I took the truck in Saturday and they had no one to repair it even though my salesman said there was ? I took it in at 7 am Monday morning and by 2 pm I still hadn't heard anything from the service dept. I tried calling two different phone numbers, both were out of order ? Has Connell heard of cell phones to contact their customers ? I am still without my truck and my trailer with no idea of what is happening. Very poor customer service, really disappointed ! More
