My experience here was not what I’d call ideal. I was quoted an approved interest rate for financing and given the option to secure a lower rate through a credit union. Since it was after hours we couldn quoted an approved interest rate for financing and given the option to secure a lower rate through a credit union. Since it was after hours we couldn’t find out till the morning. The next day I came back and the credit union rate was higher than what they quoted from the approved bank. I elected to take the lower rate. Here’s where things got very “used care salesman”. The rate they quoted me less than 24hrs ago, was no longer available! I was told that rate went away when I didn’t sign that night. Even though they asked me if I wanted to wait till the morning to confirm the other rate!! If it weren’t for Oscar’s professionalism and respect for people, I would not have bought the truck from this dealership. Oscar was polite and informative from the beginning. But when I bought the truck, they were so busy and Oscar was not there that night, that I literally signed paperwork, was given the keys and they put paper plates on and said “alright, see ya later”! $75,000 truck and I got no walkthrough, no details, truck was not freshly washed?? I was not impressed with how a customer is treated through financing, all the way up to driving away. As a 4 time owner of BMW’s, I can say the experience is far and above what Chevy does. I love the truck! My experience, lacking customer care. More

Service Took car in for first service and to have an electrical issue looked at. Car was serviced and part order to address electrical issue. Only issue is that I had stepped out for coffee (7 leaves next door is great) and they said they would call me if I was not in the waiting area. They didn’t, so I ended up waiting longer than I needed to. More
