Took a few minutes before anyone acknowledged my arrival; a few more minutes before my assigned service associate came. He was friendly. Dropped off my vehicle Thursday morning. My service associate was responsive to my texts, but wasn’t able to tell me anything really about my vehicle until the service technician got the info to him on FRIDAY. Didn’t receive any sort of status update Saturday. Closed on Sunday. Didn’t hear much Monday (originally I had been told I’d most likely be getting my vehicle back on Monday). Tuesday afternoon my vehicle was ready. I have a warranty on the vehicle, with rental coverage. If I didn’t have the warranty, I would most likely shop around for a better price. Again, everyone I personally dealt with was friendly and helpful. I just wish the service tech had been a bit more available. More

When we gave the go ahead they send approval for $1720.80. Then when we want to pick up the car they had added $900! When we refused to pay for the additional $900. Mike fumbled on the computer and acknowledged we hadn't authorized and brought it down to $1600 something (with AAA discount $50). We paid that. A day later oil starts leaking! We take it back. Guess what ? We are sent quote of $3320.37 worth of work that needs "immediate action"?? Seriously? I know times are tough, we are all in the same boat, but you don't do that!! More

A w The sales person told me the vehicle comes with a warranty (certified used). We spoke about the details of the warranty. Took the vehicle home. A while later I wanted to get repairs done and my free oil changes. Turns out there is no warranty. Not happy about how they conduct business. Feel very taken advantage of. Yes, I should have signed warranty paperwork if there was a warranty which I did not - but I have never bought a vehicle at a dealership before, I did not know there is some extra paperwork I need to sign. Now I am stuck with a vehicle that has issues 1 month after I bought it. Also ran out of oil after driving for 1,000mls. Oil lamp never came on. Spent $55k on a Corvette that already has issues. Sales guy now of course doesn't return calls. More
