We initially bought a Forester used and quickly realized we had made the wrong choice for us. Gary Cooper kindly helped us to return that car and find the right car for us -a new Subaru Impreza. Then we lost one of the keys to the new Subaru and Gary searched high & low for the missing key. The next day late, my husband,James found the key between the seats, thank God. We hated that Gary Cooper had to go through all that with us but he did and treated us like family-we couldn't be more grateful for his and everyone's kindness to us!! More

Like any dealership, Conley was anxious to sell me a car, but they were patient with me. I visited twice, drove several cars both times, and even had my son call and ask questions. (He had just bought a new car and I had not done so in 13 years.) I have had the car a week and they are following up with further questions that I still have. I would strongly recommend Conley Subaru and my salesperson, Christian McCain. More

Disrespected my car Don't bother bringing your car into this dealership unless you want it back with damage they won't claim they did. I took my subaru sti there for warranty work to get the heated seats replaced they called me days later to let me know they dropped the seat on my side skirt and need to replace some pieces and repaint my side skirt. Well when i inpected my car there was several other scratches on my interior pieces that wasnt there. They told me I was trying to take advantage of them by me wanting other pieces replaced? The nerve of these people. I trusted my car there and just because i'm a woman they TOOK advantage of me. They did not inspect my car before they took possession of it. The owner is also sexist by trying to tell me i know nothing about my own car. I wouln't even take my bicycle to this dealer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Love you car? Than look for another dealer. Trust me. Don't let a conley, con you. More

We had done an extensive amount of research into the inventories and pricing of every Subaru dealership in the Bay area and Christian was very helpful in our "apples to apples" comparisons. He then worked with us to get a great deal. We are also very impressed with the Outback. The safety features are incredible and it rides better than our "luxury" Volvo. More

After the test drive, deal talk, (again, no pressure) we decided this vehicle fit our every need and want. We picked up the vehicle next day and are very satisfied. Very pleasant car buying experience I had heard from a friend of mine who has a car dealership that the people at Conley were "GOOD PEOPLE'' and he was certainly right. This dealership is different from any I can remember, with a kind of family atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful, starting with my salesman Christian McCain who really went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and to explain all my options. He greatly facilitated the whole process and even made several follow-up calls to see how I was enjoying my new 2018 Forester (I really am) and whether I needed any more help. Also Bob was very helpful with my financial questions and Tom with showing me some of the new vehicle's "bells and whistles." All together a great experience!. More
