Tom the instructor of all the new electronics was patient and used language I understood. The Conley Subaru lot is small which limits the inventory from which to choose. I was able to test drive the model I wanted and Howard was able to get whatever color with the options I wanted from nearby. From the first minute I contacted them, I was treated with respect and really listened to, which for a single woman, entering this type of business, was a first. I had been to 2 other Subaru dealerships during my search and left feeling talked down to, not taken seriously about my questions, guided to a different model that THEY thought would suit me better and the feeling that I wasted their precious time. In reality, they wasted MY time with their pressure tactics and attitude of superiority. ERIC ROBBINS is a great salesman and the way he shows, teaches, instructs and his way of getting to know me so he could understand why certain things were important to me was refreshingly calming and I never felt any of my questions was silly or "wasting his time." I never felt rushed and every answer was explained fully to my satisfaction. Eric's knowledge and attitude made me feel I was making an informed decision about my purchase, and my meeting, with Tom Redmond, to fully understand all controls and features, was equally satisfying. Everything I was looking for and GREAT customer service! I already had an idea what I was looking for prior to meeting Gary Cooper at Conley Subaru. After spending about 45 minutes with Gary I decided to leave but I mentioned to Gary that I would probably be back. At any rate, they were honest, trusting, pulled absolutely no shanannigans and delivered exactly what they said they would. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
