Have been taking my 2015 Forester to Conley for service, since I bought it from them in July 2014. They have always been fair with me and have done good work. Two times they took longer than the expected ti since I bought it from them in July 2014. They have always been fair with me and have done good work. Two times they took longer than the expected time to complete the work and they gave me a discount - so, they were doing the right thing to make me a happy camper. This is the 1st Subaru I have ever owned and it has been awesome - oil changes, 1 battery, new set of tires and rear brakes . . . . that's it. Still runs just as good as new. More
We purchased a Subaru Forester in April, 2021 after Zach Avery (wearing a mask) brought it to our home for a test drive and explained every detail to us. The young man who helped us, Jan Lazek, was low-key and unfailingly helpful, giving us just the information we wanted and needed. We negotiated rather aggressively, and we felt we were treated respectfully and honestly at all times.We also felt we got a wonderful car, and, given our tendency to keep a car until it graduates from college, we look forward to a long relationship with Conley. I came to Conley Subaru after work on a Friday night to meet up with my wife. She wanted to purchase a new Crosstrek. At no point were we pressured or rushed. Dan Sommers was by far the best dealership Finance manager I've ever seen. Everything went smoothly and we were out of the door with a new Crosstrek by closing. Call Gary Cooper if you're looking for a new (or used) Subie. Highly Recommended! More

My husband and I were one of the last customers in the showroom on a Friday evening right before they closed, but at no point did we feel rushed or pressured throughout the entire purchasing process. From start to finish-- from the test drive to the closing and delivery of my new car-- we were provided straightforward and professional information while being treated with exceptional customer service. It was great to see the teamwork in action thanks to the hard work of Gary Cooper (sales), Dan Sommers (Finance), and Tom Redmond (Delivery). I definitely made the right choice shopping here and have already recommended them to a friend who is actively looking to buy her first Subaru too. Love this Dealer I just had the best new car buying experience of my life. I wanted to purchase the new 2019 Forester, simply a base model. This team went out of their way to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted at the best price. No one tried to talk me into a different model or more things that I didn't want or need. I was treated with the greatest respect. No one talked down to me as they did at a previous dealer and as an older woman I certainly appreciated the respect and attention. You cannot go wrong dealing with this team which included Eric Robbins as my lead sales and Alan and Eric (internet team) who got me in the front door. During the buying process I worked with the service area, finance, the head manager and the delivery assurance guy who made sure I knew how to work all the new technologies. Thanks so much to the Conley Subaru team. That was a great experience and I love my new car. More
An exceptional experience I called 8 dealerships in Florida who had a 2018 Outback 3.6R in the color that I wanted as listed by True Car. I spoke with Eric Purdum who informed I called 8 dealerships in Florida who had a 2018 Outback 3.6R in the color that I wanted as listed by True Car. I spoke with Eric Purdum who informed me they had no more in their inventory. He then quoted a price for a 2019 model that was lower than some of the quotes I had received on the 2018 trims! In the end I could get better financing on the 2018 because of the end of year model financing incentives offered by the manufacturer. Not only did Eric quote an exceptional price but he also explained a lot of misconceptions I had about the car buying experience. I honestly don’t know how you can do any better than to be treated as fairly as I was treated. I need to add that for a woman the car buying experience is different. The reader will have to trust me on that! More
