Overall experience was below average from other dealer experiences I've had in the past. Told salesperson I would arrive between 9:00 - 10 AM but traffic was light on the 10 hour drive so I arrived at 8:3 experiences I've had in the past. Told salesperson I would arrive between 9:00 - 10 AM but traffic was light on the 10 hour drive so I arrived at 8:30 am. Person inside the office called the salesperson and put him on speaker letting him know I was there. He wasn't happy about this and let him and inadvertently me know as well. Don't blame him nessisarily since he probably didn't know he was on speaker but didn't set a pleasant stage. He was okay in person afterward though. Finance department had me at 10.25% financing vs a local bank that got me 5.25. Bit of a pain having to refinance because they can't do any better than double the interest of a local bank. Also extended warranty was double what you could get yourself. More
