When I first started searching for a different vehicle I didn't think I would ever be able to get out of my current one. As a single mother and needing to down size in my vehicle and into something more af didn't think I would ever be able to get out of my current one. When I first went to Conklin in Salina, Matt introduced himself and was a great help!! He listened to what I was needing in a vehicle and understood where I needed to be payment wise. Matt was very patient and understanding these needs. After looking at a couple different cars he knew exactly what I was looking for and what i would and/or would not like. He got to know me as a person, not just another "customer". While in the process of looking for a car, Matt would let me know if one came across that was in my price range, but yet suitable for my needs. After a couple months Matt was able to find me a suitable car within my price range - and I love it!! Matt was never pushy and the best car dealer I've dealt with. I bought a car from Matt Snyder on December 23rd. I told him I wanted a black Chevy Cruze with black interior. There were other Chevy Cruzes on the lot, but Matt was more concerned about trying to get me t him I wanted a black Chevy Cruze with black interior. He found the car I wanted and had it delivered to the Salina lot, where it was ready for me to pick up that same evening. After having such bad luck with other dealerships, I was very fortunate to find a great salesman like Matt who focused on what I wanted, and not just making a sale. He was very helpful in getting the car in my price range and is always available when I have questions. I was looking at Nissan pick ups in Hutchinson, drove one, and didn't like it. My salesman, Jose Flores, called me the next day, and told me he could get me a Toyota truck through the Salina store, so I one, and didn't like it. I found vehicle on internet. Just called for info. I had a trade in and told them what I had and if they could get me the deal I wanted. I wasn't quite satisfied. They came back a few minutes later and gave me a better deal that would work for me.
