He did his job well explaining options for the service agreement, making it and affordable and wise decision to get a 100,000 bumper to bumper additional warranty. They were both just super. Pam has followed up with us several times after the sale, which we really appreciate. It's obvious that she understands how to treat customers and the value of referrals and repeat customers. I came in to check my Honda hybrid's "big battery." Sadly, it was going dead & the age and mileage of my car did not make it economically feasible to replace it. Jerry came along and chatte battery."
