Oil change Was told service would be an hour took over 2 and a half hours. Service mechanics were very rude to my wife who was there. We have been there several times before will never return More

Honda Recall Overall we were satisfied with our service experience. They performed the required recall for our car and fixed our issue. The downfall was that they Overall we were satisfied with our service experience. They performed the required recall for our car and fixed our issue. The downfall was that they did not call to tell us that we had an additional issue and when we went to pick the car up after hours. There was still a Air bag service light for the passenger side. We would have had them fix it but now we have to drive it back in for a diagnostic on the airbag. The other issue they charged us a trouble shooting fee and we told them exactly what to replace and that would have saved a cost. We will take our vehicles back just beware of there hidden fees. They quoted us a price of $450 to $750 worse case scenario and we ended up with a $847 bill. Overall, I would recommend just really communicate the issues and make sure they keep there word on the quotes. More

Fast and easy We found the car online. Went in to Conklin, and they paired me up with Matt Wallace. He went over all the bells and whistles of the car. He then drov We found the car online. The answers we gave were later used in an assertive manner and they were able to fit us with the car that was just right for us. There was ZERO pressure to buy anything we didn't ask for; nor did they try to up-sell us on features we did not ask for. Every person we encountered was respectful and courteous. The sweet lady at the entrance is adorable - and what a great touch!!! To have someone greet everyone that comes in! They were very patient with us as we worked with our personal banker. There was no pressure to utilize their financing services, but were very informative about what they could offer us. Allen was a good time too! Allen took notice that we were Harley lovers, and had fun conversation with us about riding Harley's. We laughed a lot and shared fun stories during our time with Jason and Matt.
