Weary of Service of Non Chevy Cars Purchased a Chrysler T&C from Conklin in Salina and took it in for diagnosis. What they were not up front about was they do not have some specific to Purchased a Chrysler T&C from Conklin in Salina and took it in for diagnosis. What they were not up front about was they do not have some specific tools to deal with CAM work on the Chrysler engines and ended up costing me $700+ on a repair than if I had taken my vehicle equipped with the proper tools. They are shady and don't tell everything up front unless you ask specific questions that only people with auto-mechanic knowledge would have. I will never do business with them again over this and I previously purchased two vehicles from them. More

No hassle, great people to work with Traded a 2016 Chevy Colorado for a 2020 Ridgeline. Stopped one afternoon, was greeted by Javier Almaguer. Told him what we wanted, trim level, color Traded a 2016 Chevy Colorado for a 2020 Ridgeline. Stopped one afternoon, was greeted by Javier Almaguer. Told him what we wanted, trim level, color, interior and gave two options with emphasis on white with light interior. Took Colorado to dealer in 5-6 days for appraisal. Valued our vehicle's trade-in value about where I wanted it to be, I made an offer that was honest and accurate (I thought). They agreed, took a $250 deposit and would find us a vehicle. This was Thursday, got a call on Monday....could get new Ridgeline the following day. Finance and admin chap, Larry Henoch, was friendly, professional, and pushed no "extras", just told us what was available. Javier drove the Ridgeline a few blocks to fill tank, gave us a thorough and informed review of instruments, technology, etc. This experience was top notch. This dealership has really impressed me, and at 76 y.o., we have bought a good number of vehicles over the years. I highly recommend Conklin Cars Salina. More

The technician did not do the work for which I was charged. Had to return to have work completed. Would not have known work was not completed but the problem was a major out of balance condition. I re charged. Had to return to have work completed. Would not have known work was not completed but the problem was a major out of balance condition. I returned not happy and they solved the problem while I waited and reduced my bill. Always wonder what would have happened if I had not had the vibration. Would they have rotated my tires or just tell me they did? May have been miscommunication that's why I am giving them three stars. Service has always been satisfactory this may just be one of those things. Also I found wiper fluid was not added...I now wonder if they changed the oil?? More

Service rep was excellent. Part needed ordered but came in next day. Service was completed same day as part came in. My home town Toyota dealership always gives me discount on service based on custome in next day. Service was completed same day as part came in. My home town Toyota dealership always gives me discount on service based on customer locality, especially on this vehicle. I was told there was no leeway for a discount in this case. Maybe there was, maybe there wasn’t. That is the only reason I rated 4 stars vs 5. More
