I was disappointed when I found out that the one year had expired for my free oil change, etc. My wife doesn’t drive this car very much and we just got 10,000 miles on it. I was told by the Service rep the part for my vehicle was on back order, and he would contact me as soon as it came in? this was on March 18, 2025. After three calls to the dealership with no success, an was on back order, and he would contact me as soon as it came in? this was on March 18, 2025. After three calls to the dealership with no success, and no call back I made contact yesterday April 16, 2025, I had to explain everything again in detail, you would think they had a record? my part is still on back order. I bought four vehicles from this dealership, back to 2013, and it is not the same anymore. My wife is extremely upset, and even the sales rep when we go for service ignores us, and she was so nice previously when buying the vehicle etc...I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership, terrible communication. Great people, fast and excellent service. The hospitality area was bright and well stocked. Overall best experience I've had at a dealership. The hospitality area was bright and well stocked. Overall best experience I've had at a dealership. More
If 0 stars was an option you'd deserve it. I dropped my 2015 4Runner off over a month ago, engine had a knock and an issue with the timing. After being given a $11,000 quote for an engine repl I dropped my 2015 4Runner off over a month ago, engine had a knock and an issue with the timing. After being given a $11,000 quote for an engine replacement from another Toyota dealership and just moving back from Texas, on top of being given a recommendation for the best Toyota mechanic around I thought I'd try my luck with my local hometown Toyota dealership. They initially showed optimism that that may not be the case. After initial inspection their options were to rebuild or replace the engine. Starting with 10 hours of labor just to get the engine apart and attempt to rebuild it, swapping with a remanufactured engine just sounded like a more reasonable approach. (and not the cheaper option, I love my 4Runner) After asking for the engine swap and basically helping find a source for the engine (because apparently Toyota can't get remanufactured engines for their own cars) I was given a low $10,000 quote. I asked to proceed. After no contact for basically 2 weeks, and not being asked to put any money down I called back. No answer, and was not reached out to. I proceed to call again after a few days and was informed that there would be a 20% markup on the cost of the engine, and given a new quote of $12,700. At this point I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I picked up my 4Runner after the weekend on Monday because we went another day without hearing anything back from the service rep. I would like to state in solidarity that I did not do this due to high cost. I LOVE MY 4RUNNER AND WILL PAY WHATEVER IT TAKES TO HAVE IT FIXED MOST COMPLETELY AND CORRECTLY. I took my vehicle back due to terrible customer service, a lack of honesty, and a lack of transparency on the cost of repairs, on top of that fact that they held my vehicle for OVER A MONTH without really bringing any solutions to the table while I'm basically giving them the answers and saying yes to the price along the way. Ultimately you didn't just lose out on $2,000 worth of revenue, you lost over $10,000 in revenue, and a potential future customer. And I really don't appreciate my time being wasted on a personal level. Out of respect I will withhold the name of the rep I dealt with. You know who you are. On a positive note I'm told Justin Marlborough is the best Toyota mechanic around, if you can get him. More
Knowledgeable staff, accurate wait time estimates, comfortable waiting areas, and questions always answered whether in person or on the phone! comfortable waiting areas, and questions always answered whether in person or on the phone! More
