They didn't listen when I first took my car in about what the problem was so when they looked at it they misdiagnosed the problem. Therefore the work that was done on my vehicle didn't fix the problem and I the problem was so when they looked at it they misdiagnosed the problem. Therefore the work that was done on my vehicle didn't fix the problem and I ended up not being able to afford to fix the actual problem bcuz I had to pay for the work already done for the misdiagnose issue and for the tune up I did in fact ask for but that was before I knew they had misdiagnosed the actual problem to begin with! Mayb they should take the time to listen to the customer who brings the car in on what they need done. My dad spoke very highly of Conklin automotive and that's the only reason I took my vehicle here I am very disappointed in the customer service and service I received my vehicle is still not fixed for what I ORIGINALLY BROUGHT IN FOR! AND I PAID YOU GUYS 1200 DOLLARS TO PICK IT UP. I WILL NEVER BE BACK EVER! More
