I have taken my car there for service a few times and everything was fine but the last two time, for oil changes and detailing, I had to call close to closing time to ask if my car was even finished. The everything was fine but the last two time, for oil changes and detailing, I had to call close to closing time to ask if my car was even finished. There is absolutely no reason my car should be there for over 2 hours for just an oil change. When I had detailing done there it was as if they had forgotten my large car and rushed to do it. There were streaks and spots everywhere. I was told upon picking it up at closing, after I'd called for it, that if it wasn't satisfactory I could bring it back the next day. Not only were we leaving for vacation the next day but why would I want to bring it back and wonder all day if it was going to even get done? My husband had to clean the inside of the windshield so we could see because it was smeared so bad. Thank you Jody for trying to fix the issues. I do appreciate that. More
