Our salesman was very knowledgeable of the car we wanted to purchase and did not pressure us ;in any way shape or form. He smiled and greeted us with the utmost respect and was very professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership to people that want a small town atmosphere and a pleasant surrounding. We went to Conklin Ford as part of shopping around for an SUV. We met with Steven Garcia and explained why we were there: initially comparing models and brands to consider buying an SUV with no firm date. He asked about requirements and trim levels, what we were driving now, and was very helpful in showing us the many features of a new 2017 Ford Escape and Ford Edge. My wife test drove a Ford Escape Titanium and was highly impressed. We left with no pressure to buy; just his business card. After more shopping around, we returned a week later and bought a 2017 Ford Escape. I expected a long, drawn out haggling process similar to what I had experienced at a Ford dealer in Wichita that ended after three horrific hours when I walked out. Instead, Steven printed off MSRP vs his dealer invoice pricing and showed us all the rebates with different model levels. His prices matched exactly what I had researched in advance. After evaluating our trade in and actually returning the key fob to us (unlike the dealer in Wichita who tried to keep it), we received what we expected for our trade-in and the out-the-door price was in our budget. No pressure, straight forward, what a difference! Now he is looking for a newer model F-150 for me and I expect that if he can find one that purchase will go just as smoothly and be within our budget, as well.
