I had a bad experience the last time was there. I tried them again on July 9, 2021. And I want to say that they have corrected any problems that I had with them. I emailed 8:40 Monday and asked for a service appointment on Friday. I got an iMessage back that they weren’t open and would call when open. It’s Monday nite and I’m still waiting on Friday. Lost! Had a recall so I set up time once part came in. No call, I contacted them after 4-6 weeks and was told part was in. Set a time to drive up there from Wichita to only find out not all the parts were in call, I contacted them after 4-6 weeks and was told part was in. Set a time to drive up there from Wichita to only find out not all the parts were in. Took off work and sat there for a hour to finally be told that I needed to come back once all parts were in. Been another month and still have not heard anything. Sure I probably will never be contacted and fairly sure that part has been in if they ordered it? Seems only way to find out is I contact them, way it has been going since this recall started. My review of their service department on this whole ordeal is they seam lost! More
