Researched and test drove a 2017 GMC Denali @ this location. Had been listed for sale for 64 days online. Truck had a broken shark fin antennae and had never been cleaned / washed since taking posse location. Had been listed for sale for 64 days online. Truck had a broken shark fin antennae and had never been cleaned / washed since taking possession. Ended up making a deal on the truck with conditions that the antennae be replaced, truck be DETAILED, and it have a full tank of gas. Only thing done was the antennae; found stains in the headliner and crumbs/sticky substance in the cup holders along with grease prints on the interior trim. Truck only had 1/4 tank of fuel in it and 1 of the tires is in such bad shape it must be replaced immediately! 50k tires that only lasted 35k miles and dealer let it slide. I’m happy with my truck-but I’m disappointed in the “service” side of this sale. Took 6 days after the deal was made until I was called to say it was ready-my service work will be done at a different dealership now. More

New Service Manager covered a bulletin issue on my transmission, he told me it was covered under my power train warranty. Very happy, previous service manager would not fix the problem and said after transmission, he told me it was covered under my power train warranty.
