Conklin was very helpful with my oil pressure issue on 2009 Chevy. They made sure to keep in touch with me, made corrections as needed and treated me very fair through all of the work being done. They negotiated in a forthright manner. However, it took a very long time to close. Almost 3 hours at the dealership when we arrived knowing exactly which vehicle we wanted and the payment terms had already a very long time to close.
