Charged me $200 to tell me I needed a new battery. They said it took 1 hour to diagnose the problem, but I’m not sure how load-testing a battery takes an hour. If I would have had them replace the battery it would have cost me a total of $550. That’s absurd when the only thing wrong with the vehicle was a low CCA in the battery. More

The service dept helped me out in a pinch- I had a check engine light come on midway through a long drive to a new job and I had to get it check out. The Conklin group were able to get me in quick, fix the engine light come on midway through a long drive to a new job and I had to get it check out. The Conklin group were able to get me in quick, fix the issue, and get me back in the road in a short amount of time so I could make it to the hotel that same night. I was hauling my cats as well, and they even accommodated them by letting me use an office to store the cats while my truck was being fixed. Very thankful for everything they did, and it made it feel like I was being seen as a human with an issue vs just another customer. I’d definitely recommend their services to anyone. More
