My experiences with Conicelli Toyota of Springfield have always been good but yesterday it was GREAT. I happened to be in the showroom where I saw Joe Unterkofler. He seemed like a very nice and knowledgabl always been good but yesterday it was GREAT. I happened to be in the showroom where I saw Joe Unterkofler. 3 years ago I leased a car from Conicelli and my lease was to be up in July, so I have been recieving letters on the matter! Well the letters stated I would recieve a brand new car with no down payment an was to be up in July, so I have been recieving letters on the matter! Well the letters stated I would recieve a brand new car with no down payment and lower monthly payments!! Well I will admit I thought it was just a way to get me back! But I was wrong!!! So I went there to just browse and get some numbers, not even thinking I was going to leave with a new car. I met with Joel and his assistant, Eric. I explained my situation and how much i really didnt like my 2010 Corolla anymore, and how I recieved the letters and what they stated! Immediately Joel was asking what kind of car I was looking for and the features I liked and didnt like. They sat down with my boyfriend and I and went threw my options. Once I decided what car I was interested in he immediately had Eric put tags on the car and had me test drive the car, of course I fell in love!!! On the test drive Eric was very helpful with explaining the features and differences from my 2010. He showed me how to sync my phone to the car so I could use my phone to stream music and make phone calls handsfree!!! Once we returned from the drive Joel was very helpful with explaining everything he was doing and explained all the papers I was filling out, he even highlighted the places I needed to fill out so I didnt waste time figuring it out! After everything was in the works he went threw everything with me about my trade in value and how it was going to work! He took care of everything so all I had to do was sign papers and drive away!!! Joel and Eric were great!! My boyfriend will be going to Joel for his new vehicle in the summer and I also recommended him for my sister as well!!! I could not have asked for a better person to help me get my new car!!!! Thank you sooo much Joel and Eric for helping me get the exact car I wanted!!! I love it!!!! I also wanted to make sure that I mentioned the amazing finace guy Eli Morales!!! He was sooo helpful and I left completly satisfied! He explained everything to me, and made sure that I understood everything that I was signing. But he also went threw and took the time to explain to me exactly how much I was paying and exactly what I was paying for! He went over everything that was going to happen with my old car! I was very worried about even getting a new car because when I got my 2010 a lot of things were not explained and there were a lot of things that I was told that didnt happen. Eli went step by step what was going on and what would be happening! He even offered to call and find out if I was owed any money from my old lease!!!! Overall I couldnt have been more satisfied with my business done with Joel, Eric and Eli!!! I would recommed them to all of my friends and family!!! thank you all for your help and for getting me my amazing new car!!!! You guys rock!!! I will be returning in the future!!! More

I leased a Toyota Rav 4 Sport in 2010. Purchased the Ultimate Vehicle Protection Plan (Dent/Ding/appearance/tires etc). After being told that everything was ok on the car as they wanted me to bring the Ultimate Vehicle Protection Plan (Dent/Ding/appearance/tires etc). After being told that everything was ok on the car as they wanted me to bring the car back to their location for end lease turn in; I received a condition report stating that there was a dent on the bumper 8-9 inches long (not aware of any damage on bumper, and certainly no paint needed repairing) which required paint repair for the amount of $335.00. Called toyota to state that I paid for the Ultimate Vehicle Protection Plan and was told that I would had have to iniate a claim before turning in the car which makes no since. The car was turned in on February 22, 2013 (three weeks before it had to be turned in (March 10th was end lease date) and the condition report was dated on March 25th almost a month later. Other than the condition report how would I have known that the car needed a repair if when I turned in the car the dealer stated "everything was ok." Now Toyota is stating that the claim can not be made because it is after the fact and I am responsible for the so called paint repair...I will not recommend Toyota, nor will I ever purchase a car from Toyota...I paid for a protection package but cant utilize it because Toyoa used a independent company who is stating a month later after the leased car was turned in that it needed repair but oh by the way your protection plan that you paid for has already expired. Also, I kept receiving recalls on the vehicle 3 to be exact and the car seemed cheep inside. That car was turned in as excellent condition. Highway robbery if you ask me...Very dissatisfied customer who will never recommend Toyota or your location. Oh and by the way Lonnso Eastache, -you called me a month later asking if I was going to stay with Toyota, my answer to your question is that you and your company only have to do me dirty once for me to be offended.......Excellent customer lost as that Toyota Rave 4 Sport was taken care of, under milage, maintenance was kept up and payments were on time...Again DISSATISFIED! Kurt and Joe helped my Sister and I tremendously in the recent lease of a new 2013 Corolla and the purchase of a Certifed Used Toyota for my Sister.
