My husband and I visited Conicelli Toyota in Conshohocken on a very busy Saturday, and we were immediately greeted by Denise, who was so kind and accommodating to us and our two small children. She checked in with us a few times during our time at the dealership, each time asking if there was anything she could do to help our family. The real star during our visit was our salesperson, Pete Papas. We weren't necessarily visiting the dealership to purchase a car or thinking we could even afford a car, but we left the dealership with a great mid-sized SUV that is perfect for us! Pete took his time answering all of the questions we had and addressing all of our concerns, he went through our finances with us, explained our options, and was determined to provide a solution that we were comfortable and happy with. Pete was honest and truly amazing to do business with; he made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. We are thrilled to have a vehicle that is reliable and can accommodate our family without breaking our budget, and it is all because of Pete. Everyone at the dealership is amazing, and we felt that we were being treated like the most important customers in the room. We went to Conicelli Toyota with intentions of just shopping around to compare prices. Tiffani assisted us and provided numbers for purchasing and leasing a Highlander. Tiffani was very upfront with numbers, and helped us find something that was within the range we wanted to spend- no games or pressure at all. We also got more for our trade-in at Conicelli than we would have gotten at other dealerships. All around great experience, and great approach by Tiffani.
