Arrived the dealership at 10AM and test drive 2024 highlander and left the the dealer at 1200 because the trade in value was not satisficed. 1230 the manager called said will give $500 extra for trade highlander and left the the dealer at 1200 because the trade in value was not satisficed. 1230 the manager called said will give $500 extra for trade in if we come back in hour. 13:30 returned to the dealer and we called our insurance company and signed the payment agreement, and waiting for financial paper work until 16:30 was told the vehicle is all drive not front drive and i need pay $3000 extra for this vehicle. We asked to pay $2000 but was refused. We asked to switch another front drive 2024highlander with same amount money and checked the vehicle and called our insurance again to switch vehicle and then when came to payment was told $2000 extra because different car has different value. We could not agree with the payment and left the dealer at 1800. 1. How can the dealer make this basic mistake mixing all-drive with front-drive car? and let us waiting for half day. 2.Why the dealer ask us to switch the insurance at beginning? then We had to pay insurance the change of policy fee at next day. We were more interested in a Rav-4 and were lucky enough to have Nick for our salesman. He is great. He showed us many variations, options and posibilities. He was not pushy at all and took as much time as we required and answered all questions thoroughly. I have purchased more thean 25 vehicles in my lifetime, and Nick is, with out a doubt, the best salesperson I have ever delt with. I would reccommend Conicelli to anyone and definately tell them to ask for Nick. More

I had purchased a new 4runner from out of state at the end of December and received a temporary tag that was good for 2 months. Five weeks after the purchase, I called my salesman, Chase Butler, to make end of December and received a temporary tag that was good for 2 months. Five weeks after the purchase, I called my salesman, Chase Butler, to make sure the paperwork was in order and that I would receive my plates before the temporary tag expired. He assured me that if there was a problem, he would have heard by then but he said he would look into it and get back to me. He never did, and a couple of days later, we heard from the title dept that there was a problem with the paperwork and that they needed a copy of our drivers license to resolve the issue. I tried to follow up with the title dept to confirm receipt of the copy of license - no response. I attempted to contact my salesman by text and phone - no response. Desperate, I contacted Ms. Paula DiGiacomo. I explained the situation to her and she said she would contact the title department to see what was going on and would get back to me the next day. True to her word, she contacted me the following morning, to inform me that the plates were being overnighted and provided me the Fedex tracking number. Thank you Paula for your professionalism! You are an asset to Conicelli and customers like me appreciate what you do. I hope you are recognized for your outstanding customer service! More
