When I arrived, what was to be done was discussed completely. My advisor, Jesse Barksdale, reported on the progress as the work progressed and explained in detail what was being done. A recall maintenance was completed at the same time. The work was done in the time they estimated. The price was fair. The waiting room is extremely comfortable and coffee is provided. There are comfy chairs and tables and counters for computer users. There is a courtesy transport van to take you home and pick you up when the work on your car takes a long time. More

If you have done your r Because of good past experiences with Conicelli, for the past two cars I went directly to Conicelli, without shopping around. If you have done your research, know the numbers and have good negotiating skills, they will give you a satisfactory offer for the car and trade-in. Jacob Dank was the salesman who explained what kind of a person he was and how he could help me select a car. I was driving a 2011 Avalon and felt that I wanted something smaller so I asked to test drive a Camry and a Rav4. They are both good vehicles but I couldn't help buy compare them to my Avalon with regards to inside noise, fit and trim, get up and go, and how they took the bumps. Jacob sensed that I was not impressed with the Camry and Rav4, so he gently nudged me to stick with the Avalon. While my new Avalon XLE Plus, overall is a beautiful and impressive car, some of the changes were disappointing. It does not have an inside button to release the gas lid, no folding side mirrors, fewer and smaller storage compartments in the front seat, very little space to fasten and release the seat belt, and no full size spare tire. However, there are some new and improved accessories and features with the 2016 Avalon. Jacob was eager to please, and if he couldn't answer a question he would get the answer for me. He was efficient, honest, courteous and respectful. Concelli is fortunate to have Jacob on their staff. More
