Nice stuff but completely overpriced repair cost. I had bought this Toyota Rav4 2011 model from Conicelli Toyota in 2014 with a price tag of aprrox 20K. It had around 22K miles when I bought it. Now a I had bought this Toyota Rav4 2011 model from Conicelli Toyota in 2014 with a price tag of aprrox 20K. It had around 22K miles when I bought it. Now after 2 years, it has 35K miles (less than 7K miles per year) The vehicle runs great but after purchase I had to spent around 400 USD for check engine within first 6 months. After repair my check engine light went on again in 3 days and they told me that this time it is because of the other catalytic converter. Once I argued, they did this for free. Today I went there for state inspection and they came up with Left Rear shocker issue and they charged 230 for labor and around 50 for parts. I had also requested them to resurface the front break rotor and change the break pads, so another 200 USD for labor and 63 for parts. With oil change, inspection and these 2 works I paid total 666.36 USD and 518.USD for labor alone. They called me at 1:32 PM (from 610 825 7128 to my number 484-868-7748) for asking for my permission to replace the shocker. I also authorized replacing the break pads. They called me once again at 3:42 PM letting me know that my vehicle is ready. So they had spent maximum 2 hours for actual repair work and charged 518 USD, which makes the hourly rate of 259 USD for labor and I consider it too high as per national standard. (as per Quora, the national labor rate for Toyota Dealership is between 80 to 125 per hour). That makes me unhappy customer because I am incurring cost on this vehicle again and again. More

Suffice it to say, just like then, Rick was very courteous and professional, two years later when I came in a couple of weeks ago to get a 2016 Toyota 4Runner. I had a pleasant experience with the trade-in as well as with the transaction I had after that. The truck runs great, looks fantastic and is perfect for my growing family! Perfect experience I bought a car from Pat in 1999. It was a 1995 Ford Taurus. After seeing the as in the newspaper, I called. He actually drove the car to my house s I bought a car from Pat in 1999. The car was already a deal at 5,500 but he made sure to make sure everything was in good working order and made sure any problems were taken care of. He treated us like we were buying an expensive car and gave us amazing customer service. I never knew a car dealer could be so honest, helpful and easy to work with. I am now coming back to look for a car for my daughter who is now old enough to drive. More

I went to Conicelli Toyota during Memorial Day holiday, upon requesting my SSN for credit score by one of their Sales Consultant, I have ensured that they don't make an credit inquiry which will affect my credit score negatively, after confirming 3 times with that sales rep, they assured me that they will run the soft credit check. After a few weeks, my credit score went 15 points in negative due to their hard credit inquiry. So I went to their office to discuss this incidence at 10:30AM (06/04/2015) and one of their Sale Manager came and explained that we cannot do anything as I provided the permission to do so (yes only for soft credit which do not affect my score negatively), when I requested why this happened, instead of giving me explanations, Sales Manager told me that "conversation is over, you start walking out of here or I will call POLICE to escort you out of here, he repeated this couple of times, crowd around me started looking at me, I was shocked and traumatize so I left the premises without any further discussion) In fact, I was trying to understand this issue on ethical ground, but their sales manager treated me like a criminal... I still cannot come out of that trauma, it feels so humiliating and insulting when someone treats you like a criminal, when you are trying to talk to them on their own mistake. More
