Conicelli Toyota of Conshohocken is...."AWESOME"!! I went to Conicelli Toyota looking to lease a car. I was referred by a friend of the family. I have purchased a car before, however this was the first I went to Conicelli Toyota looking to lease a car. I was referred by a friend of the family. I have purchased a car before, however this was the first time I have leased one. The staff was very friendly. I was greeted with a smile by Jon Hammond. I told him what I was looking for and the amount I was looking to spend. Jon was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. He introduced me to Rick Basso and said that Rick would be taking care of me. Rick took me on a test drive. The car I drove seemed as if it was made just for me. I LOVED IT! I had a wonderful experience at Conicelli Toyota of Conshohocken. Jon Hammond is great! And Rick Basso is the best! Conicelli Toyota of Conshohocken is AWESOME! I came having lined up one model, but forgot my wife's wishes for 7 seats. Just like that, Paul Smith switched gears and suggested the Highlander Limited that fit both my needs and those of my wife. Brian O'Callahan & Ray Hosington took it from there, negotiating with my tough wife the deal of our dreams. Finally, the financial guy, Nick Loscalzo I think (?), processed us in fine fashion. We drove off the lot that same day, excited & impressed customers. The Highlander Limited is a marvelous vehicle. So Paul & colleagues in the dealership made us both happy - much better than the compromise we would have to have made. Would recommend Conicelli to anyone - DWA. More

John Hammond and Isaiah both did everything they could to get me into my 2016 Tacoma, and they did. Tony Soto was great in explaining my payment options and was very thorough in explaining the paperwork end of the new truck purchase. Dealship with integrity! You really learn more about how a business or person conducts themselves based on how they solve a problem. I had a situation where a young salesman You really learn more about how a business or person conducts themselves based on how they solve a problem. I had a situation where a young salesman misrepresented what was able to be done/added to a new car. I found this out a few weeks after I purchased the car, when what was agreed to was unable to be accomplished. I was furious and need to meet with management. (Brian O'Callaghan & Jon Hammond) The salesman admitted his false claim (I think due to lack of experience), and the only fair resolution was to return the car, and get me the model we agreed to. Management worked hard to find the appropriate car, had it shipped to Conicelli, and was able to work the numbers (with some nudging) so that it was basically an even swap, except for the additional features that I wanted in the first place. Additionally they then assigned Jacob Dank to me as my sales contact. He was outstanding. Going through every feature of the car, he knew every single detail. Additionally he called me 6 months later to make sure everything was going well with the car. Obviously at this point his commission was made, so his follow up seemed "above and beyond" to me. There was a small thing that I mentioned to him when we spoke, and he immediately took care of it, and had the floor mats shipped directly to my house! My family has purchased many cars from Conicelli over the years, and this most recent experience started as though it would be my last purchase from them. HOWEVER, based on how they managed this situation I will be buying my next car here too. This showed me the integrity they have, which I am sure is a reflection of the integrity of the Conicelli family. They got 4 out of 5 stars, because the situation shouldn't happened in the first place (new hire training), but management which often gets a bad name, came through and did the right thing! The one thing I will make sure of, is that going forward my salesman will be Jacob Dank. More
