Total disappointment !!!! My father was ready to purchase a car so I called the dealership after a online application, they stated he was approved for a loan I explained that m My father was ready to purchase a car so I called the dealership after a online application, they stated he was approved for a loan I explained that my dad was elderly and sitting around for long periods of time would not be ideal for him. She stated it wouldn't take long when we arrived sales person was prompt but he printed out a list of cars and then stated he couldn't find anything, we didn't even take a look around the lot and the online cars I showed him he said was no longer available. What a waste of time. I asked for a manger he came over and attacked us and said he couldn't sell us a car if my dad allowed me to drive it. I'm totally puzzled what gives him the right? By this time my dad walks out and decided to go elsewhere. Ray the GM came over to try to resolve but to late my father is totally turned off . My oldest Son was also ready to purchase a car he was also turned off and the dealership just lost 2 customers!!! What a waste of time get it together!! More

Great service ! I had the pleasure of working with Pete Papas. When I came to the dealership I really didn't think I would leave with a vehicle, I had little to no ho I had the pleasure of working with Pete Papas. When I came to the dealership I really didn't think I would leave with a vehicle, I had little to no hope. That all changed when Pete told me he could get me a vehicle with no money down. Not only was I happy but I now have a reliable form of transportation to get to work. It's hard to find a honest person these days that really wants to help his customers. Knowing that I am a recent graduate, Pete gave me a great deal and so happy I went to Conicelli. A Thanksgiving fix that went well We have been using Conicelli Toyota for more than a decade (buying as well as servicing) and have been very appreciative of the excellent customer ser We have been using Conicelli Toyota for more than a decade (buying as well as servicing) and have been very appreciative of the excellent customer service as well as the servicing of our Toyota Avalons (we've had a 1996, a 2000, and currently have two 2006 Avalons). We often work with Bob Calhoun when we are checking in and checking out, and always know he will take good care of us and our cars. This Thanksgiving weekend was no exception, when our sons 2006 Avalon was having issues with his battery when he started to drive home from college. He replaced his battery, and after an hour of driving noticed the dashboard lights were dimming and by some grace was able to drive the remaining 20 minutes onto our street before the car lost the headlights as well. We were able to tow the car in on Wednesday afternoon, and Bob Calhoun, was able to squeeze our car in for a check up before the technician left for Thanksgiving, and was able to order the new alternator so the car could be serviced on Friday, so our son will be able to drive it back to college. Thank you Bob! And thank you to the technician who fixed it. We really appreciated this fix (we don't have many emergencies with our Toyota Avalons but it was nice to know we could rely on the Conicelli guys when we do! More

The only reason im giving one star is because of Courtney in the internet department,she was very courteous and nice to talk to..I had the agony of de The only reason im giving one star is because of Courtney in the internet department,she was very courteous and nice to talk to..I had the agony of dealing with Anthony,call me Bobby Triglia..4 times he told me he has been in the business 38years..lol..not sure how he has kept a job..rude,arrogant,LAZY..when I told him I was from out of state,he complained about how much paperwork he'd have to do..lol...I loved the vehicle they had so much,I agreed to their crazy low ball offer,3 thousand less than 5 other dealers had offered,and their price on their vehicle wasnt moving,he actually laughed at me when I tried to negotiate 500 dollars on either price..and I still went with it..after sleeping on it,I told Anthony-Bobby that I couldnt do the deal,he basically said ok..bye and hung up..wow..wouldnt recommend to anyone,an experience ill never forget..I ended up finding a way better price and got full value for my trade..3000 more than they offered,and I dealt with a salesman who was respectful,and courteous. More
