Conicelli makes buying a car a pleasure I received a notice from Toyota that they had special offers if I was willing to consider a new Toyota to replace my current leased Camry. I contacted Jon Campo (previous sales consultant) and he invited me in to look at my options. When I came in he introduced me to Reyon Echon. Jon is now in the finance office so Reyon was assigned to help me. I told him I wanted to go back to the RAV4 and he reviewed the various models and took me for a demo. With prompt and excellent service Reyon, Jon and Ray Hoisington, Manager, gave me pricing options for various RAV4 models. I called the next morning and told Reyon what model and color I wanted. Conicelli had it in stock and we made an appointment to pick it up at 4pm. We were able to drive away with a new black RAV4 by 6pm! The paperwork including credit approval, lease agreement, license, insurance transfer and vehicle feature check out couldn't have been smoother. Under the direction of Ray this team is first class! My latest order included shock absorbers (heavy items) as well as some small clips for the tailgate. 2 of the clips were damaged in shipping.......no problem, new ones sent with no questions asked. The staff is always friendly and efficient and the service department has done excellent work on all of our vehicles. The prices are reasonable and there have never been any unhappy "surprises". The service department lets me know the status of any potential issues they uncover and unlike other dealerships I have used, they are not at all aggressive about selling services that I do not immediately need. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Overall I've been very happy with Conicelli Conshohocken. More

Finally got a new car Isaiah was my salesman and he was great! I went to see Isaiah (worth the hour drive) he had the exact car we were talking about and paperwork was done and ready! It was painless. Nice place I think human quality is something that may not be easy to find every day, however the day I went to Conicelli Autoplex to get information about the I think human quality is something that may not be easy to find every day, however the day I went to Conicelli Autoplex to get information about the Toyota Sienna 2017 I met Amien Whealthon, I was not completely sure I wanted to buy there as I was considering several options, but when I met Amien that changed, he was friendly and answered all my questions, you could tell that was his job, but as time went by during my visit I realized that he is a good salesman, he has an unblemished human quality and anyone could feel proud to have him as a colleague or work friend. Extremely Helpful and Understanding We have been thinking about getting a new car for awhile but I wasn't sure if I wanted a new Highlander or Sienna. He was very understanding because I was nervous to drive a brand new vehicle (especially with my husband and 2 kids watching everything I do, LOL). So he assured me I would be ok and helped me out. Lets just say by the end I was ready to buy it and we started the paperwork. Paul was amazing and easy to talk to. I would say if you want someone who will listen to you and explain things so that they make sense ask for him.
