We were blessed to have an exceptional sales associate-Joshua Gallant with the patience, perseverance and professionalism of a saint! He was receptive, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile (pun intended) to insure we closed on the vehicle at Conicelli. Loyalty is one of my values and it has never let me down in life-we received a very competitive price after negotiation and doing our homework which I strongly recommend doing to prepare yourself for the experience. Dealership personnel were great. Mike Shulski, our finance manager was exceptional. He made the process stress-free, quick and was extremely competent. His experience was apparent from the moment we entered his office and his warm, personable nature made us feel very comfortable. You will not go wrong if you are fortunate enough to have Joshua work with you (he can assist you with Hyundai, Nissan, Honda or Toyota) and then request Mike Shulski to close the deal-They are the best. Best Buying Experience Ever!!!!!!! I was shopping for the new Toyota C-HR. I was searching on the internet through true car and Courtney from Conicelli internet sales contacted me. She I was shopping for the new Toyota C-HR. I was searching on the internet through true car and Courtney from Conicelli internet sales contacted me. She gave a price the two other Toyota dealerships near me didn’t even come close to. When I got to the dealership, the numbers stayed the same - no tricks, no games, no bs. Courtney was an internet specialist and John Sabatino sold me the car. He was down to earth, professional, a first class straight shooter. I drive the car and was out the door with my new car in less than two hours. Not once did anyone ever try to play games with the numbers or sell me something I didn’t need. I wanted the Conicelli protection plan because I have bent my rims and lost my keys several times. John told me what it was and recommended it but didn’t push me to buy that or anything else. Conicelli was so different from the other dealerships I went to - everyone at Conicelli was professional, efficient, down to earth and helpful. I drove about an hour to buy my car there because they had the best numbers and all I can say is that it would be foolish to not at the least call Conicelli and see what they can do for you if you are going to buy. They have all these banners up in the showroom for being the number one Toyota dealer by volume in the state for like the last ten years in a row. It seems to me that they make money based on volume not by trying to squeeze as much out of each customer that comes through the door. Give these guys a call - they gave me numbers over the phone. This was the best buying experience I have ever had by a landslide! More

2018 Camry XLE V6 I recently leased a new 2018 Camry, V6 from Conicelli Toyota (20K mileage). I am a repeat customer, this is my 4th car from this dealership. I have I recently leased a new 2018 Camry, V6 from Conicelli Toyota (20K mileage). I am a repeat customer, this is my 4th car from this dealership. I have been a long time Toyota owner (20 years, and many vehicles) and I have always been treated very well at Conicelli. I use the shop for my maintenance and have always been given great service. Tom Smith (internet sales, Toyota lease) worked with me over a period of months, as the new 2018 Camry model was released by Toyota. He was professional and a pleasure to work with. Other members of the sales team were: Dennis DiFilippo, sales manager (who brought in the vehicle that I wanted from the greater Toyota network, and got me to the number that I needed to proceed with a new car lease). Isaiah Woodard was my direct sales contact, his knowledge of the new model was impressive and is a very nice person that made the transaction very easy (old lease return, new vehicle handoff). Mike Shulski in finance handled the closure/purchase on the new vehicle. He whipped me through very efficiently and is very organized and a great guy as well. So, I could not be happier.
