Purchased 2019 Toyota Camry LE from Paul Smith. I was very pleased with the staff of Conicelli Toyota when I purchased my new car on Wednesday. First, Paul told me that my car was 'on the truck' We I was very pleased with the staff of Conicelli Toyota when I purchased my new car on Wednesday. First, Paul told me that my car was 'on the truck' Wednesday morning and needed to be prepped. That was done, when I arrived at 3pm. With help from Michael Shulski and Pete Pappas, Paul answered all my questions about options to finance the car. Tony Soto helped me navigate all the paper work, as I signed on the 'dotted line.' It was a very speedy process. Finally, Paul sat with me until he showed me how all the new features worked, and set up the Bluetooth with my phone. Now I am the proud owner of a new 2019 Camry, and could not be happier. More

Paul offered to come out and try to help me..After a while the issue was resolved! He did not have to go above and beyond for a stranger.
