Conicelli Toyota truly helped me out BIG TIME! Most of my family members have a Toyota and we love them. For this being my third vehicle received from Toyota, this is by far the best one! Stephan Topalian and Ryan Fennelly guided me the whole way in having my own source of transportation. Three years ago my daughter needed a car and her credit was not very good, so we came to Conicelli because they advertised that they could help with not so good credit. Wayne who is no longer with the dea was not very good, so we came to Conicelli because they advertised that they could help with not so good credit. Wayne who is no longer with the dealership got her a great deal and she loves her car. I have been driving a small Mitsubishi for 5 years and lets just say it has been horrible, so my daughter talked me into coming to Conicelli. Well, I was very hesitant to do so because my credit was not the best. Yes, I have been working on my credit, but it is just not that great (600) but I came in anyway. This is where Pete Papas comes in. Pete met with us and took a credit app from my daughter and myself and gave us two options. One was to trade the Mitsubishi and get another used car with an interest rate higher than what I was paying - or - try for a new car. With nothing to loose I told Pete to try for a new car. Pete came back to us within 15 minutes and got us a Toyota 1.9% interest rate and a Brand New Corolla that just came off the delivery truck with 5 miles on it. Just wanted to tell my story to others that are struggling with a car they don't want because someone talked them into it and now find themselves unhappy and thinking they can't get out of it. I thought that way as well, however, Conicelli really fights for you and they can do things that no other dealership can do. Believe me, we went to all of them and even the dealership I use to work for. Pete was very nice, considerate of our needs, excellent customer service and he went the extra mile for us when I thought I was going to be stuck with that little car forever. So if you think you can't get a good deal, or that dealerships are shifty and not honest - then you need to go to Conicelli - they will do what ever it takes to get you into a vehicle that you want and can afford. Go!!!!!!! More

Maxine & Ryan were great. Very professional, patient, kind and helpful. They both seemed very confident in their ability to help me, and they were correct. The pro were great. PLEASE ask for another salesperson QUICKLY!!!! I can't say much about the dealership because the ONLY person I dealt with was David Terpoili who lied from the very beginning. We are in the midst of the COVID-19 nightmare and I could only text back and forth with him. He contacted me on his day off (Tuesday) and couldn't do anything until the next day because of their work schedule. Long story short, he told me that he got the approval on Wednesday. Thursday... he said "the bank needs to send the final approval over to him". Friday...he said the same thing, the banks are slow because of COVID-19. I asked him who his Finance Manager is, he said it was "him" RED FLAG!!! Do you think I'm stupid??? On Saturday, I ended up going somewhere else,. I started the process 11 AM Saturday morning and was picking up my car by 4:00 PM Saturday afternoon. THIS MAN LIED ABOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS!!! I wish that I read his reviews prior to dealing with him, I would've saved myself a few days. What a waste of time!!!! It's even worse because you don't feel safe texting back and forth and because of COVID-19 the entire car buying experience is not as personal as it was. Then to be lied to like you're nobody is the absolute worse. Doesn't he realize he represents the entire dealership during this time? What a complete A**HOLE!!!!! On January 2nd 2020 I stopped into the Conicelli service department and I needed help to get my 8th seat back in place and also to learn how to take it in and out appropriately we recently had a family day department and I needed help to get my 8th seat back in place and also to learn how to take it in and out appropriately we recently had a family day trip and it was a bit challenging to use the eighth seat. Tim Santo was very helpful even though I didn't have an appointment he showed me how to get the seat out and and in, and checked to make sure that it wasn't damaged in any way which was wonderful to know I really appreciated his help an assistance took the worry off my mind with using the seat and also being a sure that it wasn't broken.
