My overall experience at the Conshohocken Conicelli dealership was outstanding. From locating the specific vehicle to the delivery of the truck, the entire process was a pleasant experience because of dealership was outstanding. Mike Shulski, the Finance Manager, was very professional and made the deal process painless. He offered excellent advice regarding whether to buy verse lease as well as protection plans that made sense for me. Every step of the deal was clearly outlined with no surprises. Our sales consultant, Chase Butler, made an extra effort to get us acquainted with the truck. This was my first purchase at Conicelli and based on my overall experience, I look forward to future deals. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my colleagues and friends. More

The Sales Person "EVAN" was amazing!!. He was not pushy, listened to what I was looking for in a car. My last car (Camry) was just totaled in a car accident. I have always felt safe in my Toyota's. Solid ca listened to what I was looking for in a car. My last car (Camry) was just totaled in a car accident. I have always felt safe in my Toyota's. Solid car, easy to drive, Low Maintenance, if you take care of them. Even in the accident that just happened, if it wasn't for it being a Toyota Camry I think it could have been worse. But Evan, after listening to me, looked for something that would meet my needs. He found the one that I would like. He showed me everything on the car. I didn't have much time to sit in the dealership, so I ask if he could text me some info. He was able to get data rather quickly. He knew my time was limited, but he was able to set up time to get what I needed to make my decision. He knew I wanted a Camry, and selections were limited. But he kept me informed. He found me a car and I was thrilled. Evan was amazing, very professional, yet personable. .He also introduced me to his finance He too was very helpful, he too was amazing. . EVAN has a great personality, fantastic business sense, very professional, yet personal to understand customers needs/request. He made me feel very comfortable to know he was on my side, not a pushy sales person. Trust and honesty in a sales person is big in my book. Makes you want to come back!!. Which is why I have not come back to Conicelli for many years! The last sales person that I spoke with there did not want to step out side on a cold day to answer a few questions. He advised it was very cold and blustery outside! And if I would let him know which car it was interested in, and tell him the questions I that I had, he would answer them or me. But I had to come inside. Haven't been back since then. So thank you for changing how you do business. I love my Toyota, as I feel like I am a home again. Safe and Sound!! Thank you EVAN!!! AND, Thank you Toyota!! for making such a great car!!! More

I purchased a car from them from used cars I drove the car from PA to New Jersey check engine light came on I was told in sure that they will take care of it I was told to take it to a close by dealership car from PA to New Jersey check engine light came on I was told in sure that they will take care of it I was told to take it to a close by dealership to get a checked out call me to find out there was an issue with the motor they’re telling me now that is not covered if I were you I would not buy anything from the used department they will tell you what you need to hear when you’re buying a car but will not keep their word I gave them an opportunity to do the right thing now I have to spend $2000 to get my car to pass inspection after just buying it I would not buy or recommend you to buy a car from them More

This was the worst experience I have ever had in my 20+ years of buying cars. The lying was insulting. The condensing remarks from the finance manager was insulting...luring a young man (26 years old) down years of buying cars. The lying was insulting. The condensing remarks from the finance manager was insulting...luring a young man (26 years old) down tona dealership under false pretenses should be illegal. We drove 4 hours to this dealership with the notion of getting a car discussed over the phone and when we arrived at the dealership they tried to sell us a car that was 4 years older with 35000 more miles on it...my young man was devastated and will remember this experience. I was so disappointed because I was looking forward to a long relationship with Toyota as I just purchased a 21 rav4 from that dealership this year (another rav4 and camry was also purchased from there this year by my family) and had a great experience which is why I wanted my God son to make his first purchase there. I was with Nissan previously through 5 cars. I ended up taking my God son to Nissan and getting a great deal I under 2 hours...looks like this will be where we stay...incredibly disappointed in Toyota. More

We have been dealing with Conicelli for our vehicles over the past 15 years. We have to say that Jon Anspach helped us with our new Rav. He was very knowledgeable about the product, understood our needs an the past 15 years. We have to say that Jon Anspach helped us with our new Rav. He was very knowledgeable about the product, understood our needs and showed us how to use the gadgets. We went back six months later to purchase a new Corolla and we have to say that he took the time to talk to us and help Our needs. He is very technical and savvy with the products gadgets. He is kind, professional and does not pressure us. He is very good at this job. He certainly should be promoted. We hope he stays at Conicelli for a long time. It is also good to know that he is young and understands the technology of these new cars. We will always buy from Jon Anspach!! Thank You Jon abs you are the best. More

These folks are beyond dishonest and reminiscent of the old car dealer stereotypes. I'll make this short. We went to buy a used car for my wife. She picked out a jeep and did everything to secure the loan old car dealer stereotypes. I'll make this short. We went to buy a used car for my wife. She picked out a jeep and did everything to secure the loan and make the deal. So, the first day they tell us they are gonna give us "their cost" on a hitch from this local hitch guy. So, I call the company and just ask what they would charge for the hitch so I know how much they are saving us. Literally I get the dame exact price that they tell us at the table. Then we were concerned about the tires and that they were needing to be replaced. They shows us an inspection form of the tires that shows that they still have life. Complete and utter crap. The steel was showing through. We took photos and showed them to a nearby tires person. He said that it would be illegal to even sell the car that way. Funny thing was when we decided to back out of the deal they asked us a series of question that seemed Ike an interrogation. Final part, I called and spoke to the owner, and he says he will call me back. He never did. Please be careful and go with your gut on this one. More
