On January 6th, 2023 I took my toyota into service department at Conshohocken because the remote on my car key wasn't working. Mark Elmore greeted me and explained the process. After a short wait, Mark escorted me to meet the mechanic/technician "Tony" so we could review the problem. At first, replacing the battery didn't solve the problem. Tony continued examining the problem key and my extra key, as he was trying to avoid me paying for the total replacement and programing etc. The new battery must have worked, as the problem was corrected. I appreciate his personal care and concern that the problem would be corrected in the least expensive way. At one point, I had 3 Conicelli employees helping me; Mark, Tony and I believe it was the service manager. T want to express my appreciation for the wonderful service.
