I have been a customer of Mark's for 9 years and he is the reason why I keep coming back and why I am trying to convince my husband to purchase his truck from here this year. As quiet as it may be kept, making a sale is just part of the the profit, keeping customers (like me) returning is what gives any business leverage. Mark is one of the most professional and courteous, now (Assistant Service Managers) and well deserved representatives I have ever met. My husband got me a 2009 Rav 4 in April, 2011 from a used car dealer because my 2009 Matrix was totaled, I am now getting all my service done at Concicelli! Why? Because I know that if Mark tells me I need something.....I need it! I rely on his integrity and that is a lost art today! The experience has been great and I am going to convince my husband to get his Truck at Conicelli and service at your facility! My daughter, a family friend and my son; all come to Conicelli! If you are looking for straight answers, excellent suggestions, prompt service, courtesy and general friendship, Connicelli's sales and service is the Dealership to visit. I have several Toyota dealerships in my zip code. In my opinion, none can compare to Connicelli's, in both sales and service. Mark Elmore is the reason I will keep coming back. More
The Conicelli Service Department is phenomenal. Knowing nothing about cars, service, maintenance and questions always make me anxious. I have called at closing, before the shop opens, during the day, during lunch - essentially at all crazy hours and have always received good advice and the help I have needed. After visiting many car dealerships on many occasions I expected an uncomfortable and somewhat detatched conversation with a total stranger who would go off and leave me stewing and thinking What am I even expected an uncomfortable and somewhat detatched conversation with a total stranger who would go off and leave me stewing and thinking What am I even doing here anyway as it happened on other occasions but to my suprise I was met by a very personable and friendly man who never pressured me in any way.I really had no intention of compleating a deal right away just to get a comparative quote on car and price before making my final decision.I found that what I wanted was the topic of the entire conversation and I wasnt channeled into an area that I didnt want to be in the first place.Michael took me on a test drive of a Scion which I had asked about .We carried on an adult conversation again without pressure.The more time I spent with this man the more comfortable I felt.Of course the car was fun to drive and seemed to meet my needs as well.I got to the point where I felt why go any where else.This is my third new car expiriance and let me tell you the other two left me thinking that I hope I never have to do that again but this time was different I would recommend this man and this dealership anytime. He introduced me to Glen Beck and continued to work with us, when I did not like the RAV4 for lease but prefered to buy a used one, Manny took us through a wide variety of RAV4s, explaining the differences between them. A couple of months ago, I purchased a brand new Toyota Highlander from Conicelli Toyota. As this was the first vehicle I have ever purchased on my own, I had many questions. I initially contacted Conicell Highlander from Conicelli Toyota. As this was the first vehicle I have ever purchased on my own, I had many questions. I initially contacted Conicelli via the web, and an online sales representative responded almost immediately. We discussed the vehicles I was interested in and what Conicelli had to offer. Shortly after, I made an appointment to actually sit with a sales representative at the dealership - Jonathan Campo. Off the bat, Conicelli beat every other dealer's vehicle price AND percentage rate. Jonathan provided me with the monthly payment for every hypothetical (including no optional warranties, including all optional warranties, including one optional warranty, etc.). The vehicle we had discussed actually needed to be pulled from another dealer's inventory (and could be done the following day), but per my request, Jonathan still took me outside to look at a Highlander on the lot. It turns out that this Highlander was identical to the one I was looking to purchase, with a few upgrades. I then asked Jonathan to run numbers for this vehicle, and he did no problem. Conicelli worked along with me to bring this vehicle to a price I was still comfortable with and also kept me in my preferred range for monthly payment. After deciding to go with this vehicle instead, Jonathan called my insurance company and took care of everything (I simply had to authorize that he speak on behalf of me for changes in my policy). In a matter of a few hours, I walked out with a brand new Highlander (even better than the one I had initially selected) and a huge smile. The service was outstanding, and I could not be more pleased with my purchase. More
