Michael's complete knowlegde of the mechanisms and operation of the Avalon was superior to anyone person that I have ever encountered. His handling of the transaction's paper work made the purchace a postive experince without any hassles. The fact that both my wife and I were given the time to completely understand the full opertion of the car inside and out was a major plus. Since we had traveld from the Jersey Shore to purchace the vehicle, Michael made a contact call the following day to make sure we had arrived home safely and if we had any additional concerns about the operation of our new 2012 Avelon. Michael's customer relationship can only be described as above average and rated Excellent.
