The new service center is unreal. Pulling up into the garage - what an experience. I can't believe how much space there is there - free wifi, comfy chairs and so clean! It is truly amazing. I came to Conicelli after visiting several other Toyota dealers. Conicelli had originally contacted me after I put in a request for Honda CRV quotes and I remembered that their response time in answering m dealers. Tiffani (sales associate) was quick to answer my emails and give me all the information I needed to make my decision. She wasn't pushy and let me take the time I needed to make my decision. As I shopping around for a car and interacting with other dealers/dealerships, I was just continualy disappointed with how I was treated. Dealers were trying to sell me cars I didn't want, models I didn't ask for, and just straight up wouldn't listen to me. This was not the case with Tiffani or Conicelli. From the minute you walk in, the service is friendly and professional. Tiffani gave me exactly what I wanted and the price was great.
