Service for my 2016 Pathfinder I took my 2016 Pathfinder in for service and state inspection and tire rotation on February 20 2017 i was in and out in about 1.5 hours. Person handling the financing screwed up with the way he reported my husband's job, which has caused us a few problems, a pain in the neck but not disastrous. However.... Our recent experience with the service department has been a disaster. Left the car off Friday evening to have state inspection and emissions recall done. (Note, I had tried to have this done about a month ago when I came in for an oil change and after being told the recall would also be done, discovered it was not done because "computers were down.") Car is done Saturday morning. I call to ask if I can pay over the phone and if they will lock the keys in the car if I am not able to get there to pick it up before closing. Young woman who answered the phone assures me they will do so (leave key along with paperwork) but also tells me "someone will be up front until 9 pm and they will have your key." Clearly she has no idea what she is talking about, as we arrive at 7:30 and the place is locked up tight and closed. Fortunately I have my second key or I'd have been really irate at having driven 30 minutes for nothing. No key in the car, no paperwork. Strike one! I also think my fuel is quite a bit lower than I think it was when I dropped the car off, but guess I could be mistaken or that perhaps it had something to do with whatever work they did so dismiss it. I call first thing Monday morning and no one answers the phone in service so I leave a message and ask them to mail me my key. They do return my call and the message says "oh, I found your key in my folder," - as if that were some big surprise! I They promise mail me the key. No apologies for the screw up, misinformation or inconvenience. We'll see if I ever get the key... I don't drive the car again until Monday when I notice a message flashing on the dashboard display "fuel cap is loose." I open and close the fuel tank several times over the course of the day but the message does not go away. I call Conicelli at around 9 am on Tuesday morning. The young woman who answers (I think it is the same one who told me the incorrect business hours) puts me through to service. It rings and rings and no one answers so eventually I leave a voicemail (don't recall name -Edward perhaps) explaining the issue and request a call back. By 1 or 2 pm I've heard from no one and have to go into a meeting so I call back. Same deal, no one answers in service so I leave another message - someone else's voicemail box (Marty this time). Day is over, no return call. And another full day, no return call. Just floored at the poor customer service and wondering what kind of problem the service department has caused with my car, as there was absolutely nothing wrong with it when I brought it in! More
Worst service! Never again!!! Purchased a vehicle beginning of August at 45k miles on it. Went for an oil change and was told NO maintenance was done on the vehicle Never again!!! Went for an oil change and was told NO maintenance was done on the vehicle and needed over $300 worth of service including cabin and air filters. This is only 1 month after purchase! This is a CERTIFIED vehicle! This comes after bringing the vehicle in 2 weeks after purchase because the rotors needed to be replaced. So much for being certified when the brakes were bad! Made an appointment and went in and was told that no we don't do the recommended service on any vehicles before we sell them. Umm what??? So after paying a crazy amount of money for a Certified vehicle I now 1 month later have to pay over $300 to get the maintenance done that should have been done while it was on your lot sitting there to be sold?? Wow!! Worst dealership I have ever worked with!!! Called managers like they told Me to on Friday morning and left messages and still haven't gotten a call back and it's Monday! Worst customer service and experience ever! More

Almost got in an accident and ended up driving up a curb to avoid hitting another car. Called the service manager multiple times and never got through to him. Took it to another dealership and had the part I needed in a day. Worst service experience ever. Buyer beware. More
I would recommend this service center, Brain Deese have safety concerns when it comes to his clients. If there is a problem with my vehicle that will cause for unsafe traveling conditions he will be sure safety concerns when it comes to his clients. If there is a problem with my vehicle that will cause for unsafe traveling conditions he will be sure to get my vehicle in the same day or as soon as possible depending on mechanical problems my vehicle is having. When warranty issues arise and assistance is needed from Jack Depre he is always there to assist to resolve the problems. Jack has also assisted me in many area's since I have been getting my vehicle service at this Nisan location. I have been a client of theirs since 2005. I like taking my vehicle there because you have your own service manager, everyone is on a first name basis, and the staff is friendly. The one on one relationship affords the opportunity for the service managers, technician's to become familiar with my vehicle and know their client's. I have know Jack since I have been getting my vehicle service at Conicelli as well, he don't treat his client's as if they are just pocket books. He treat person's with respect when he communicates with them. I have seen a lot since I have been with Conicelli sitting in the waiting rooms watching how some unhappy client's has bashed the service managers using vulgar language. I have never seen any of Conicelli staff every speak harshly to any disrespectful client's they hold their compulsur and treat the client with respect. That is outstanding client/customer service that I have ever seen. I felt bad for Steve Mitchell when that client abashed him and the service center. I wanted them to feel better, so I ran out and got some coffee and donuts for the service center and told them all that they are greatly appreciated for all their hard work. I miss Steve he was great, and I am happy you have replaced him with someone who is just a kind and understanding as Steve was. There is no place like home with Conicelli, they do have a caring service center where you are not just a customer but your are a client. More
I have taken my vehicle here since I purchased in 2009, and have never experienced bad or just ok service. The service is ALWAYS Remarkable. On my recent visit which I did not have a scheduled appointmen and have never experienced bad or just ok service. The service is ALWAYS Remarkable. On my recent visit which I did not have a scheduled appointment. I felt bad about not scheduling in advance and when I asked Brian if my car can get the service and without hesitation said, "we can help you." After the regular service, he told me that I needed brakes. I did not think that they would have time do them since i did not make an appointment but he said they could do the brakes if I did not mind waiting or he could offer me a ride home until my car was completed. He was remarkable! Thanks again to the employees at Conicelli Nissan for such warm and remarkable service! More
Having been a customer for over 5 years, I have always been impressed with the quality of work and the courtesy of the service employees. The appointment today was no exception. Sam Screnci was particularly helpful, his explanations of the work that had to be done complete; and in the process, he helped save me money on the cost of repairs. I really appreciate the effort !
