I have been very pleased with the Nisson Service Center in Conshohocken. The work has been great. Everyone I encountered has been pleasant and helpful. During my last visit, Nick very kindly and efficient in Conshohocken. The work has been great. Everyone I encountered has been pleasant and helpful. During my last visit, Nick very kindly and efficiently kept me informed about what was happening and made arrangements for a shuttle. Adam, as always, was very helpful in advising me about what should be done with my tires. In the past, Gary was great in resolving a problem, and providing a rental car for us. Thomas, our shuttle driver, is a very nice man.. As you can see, I have had all positive experiences with this Nisson Service Center.. I have highly recommended it to friends and family. Awesome Customer Service! I initially visited the dealership to have my key programmed however on the way there my tire pressure indicator light came on. I went to the servi I initially visited the dealership to have my key programmed however on the way there my tire pressure indicator light came on. I went to the service department to see if they could check the tire pressure of all the tires. Alan checked me. When service was done Alan explained everything they did, got my car and helped me in. I haven't had a Conicelli Nissan many years so I haven't experienced Conicelli's service department in a while. Alan was professional, friendly and very helpful. Great job! More
If I could give negative stars I would. We have never dropped our car off without having issues. They never remember we have THEIR service plan and always try to charge us. I left my Nissan Rouge Car for Sunroof Leak and a RECALL service. I received call from service department that few more service has to be performed including Spark Plug change and Wheel Alignment, totalin service. I received call from service department that few more service has to be performed including Spark Plug change and Wheel Alignment, totaling $1035 (One thousand thirty five). I called Service Department and asked NOT to change Spark Plug and Wheel Alignment, they changed Spark Plug and they Wheel Alignment which Cost $284 for Spark Plug change and $110 for wheel alignment. So I lost $394 in day , which is huge money for me. I would NOT recommend anyone to have you car service here in 'Conicelli Nissan 1222 Ridge Pike Conshohocken' as I faced this and lost money, you could be another one loosing your money. More
i brought the car in to be serviced because of the engine warning light, i was told the fuel pump would need to be changed, ok i said whatever needs to be done do it, it cost $2000. i'm ok with tha engine warning light, i was told the fuel pump would need to be changed, ok i said whatever needs to be done do it, it cost $2000. i'm ok with that, after i picked up the car, stopped turned the car off, ran an errand, went to start the car back up and it wouldn't start, so working with the assistance of the front desk at conicelli service station we got the car back to the service station, later i was told the cars speedometer need to be replaced, it would cost about $2000. didn't like all of the back and forth but i was ok with it, but then when i picked up the car, "NO AIR CONDITION", when i first brought the car in to be serviced the air conditioner was working just fine, now all i get is hot air, i was told the car was taken out for a test run, no problems were found everything checked out great all of the reading off the indicators were right where they belonged i shouldn't have any problems, i repeat NO AIR CONDITION summer is just starting, i would feel like a fool bringing it back, thanks for nothing. Brought my car in on March 30th for an oil change and inspection. My 2020 Murano was damaged when they put the car on the lift. I heard Tatyana Martinez speaking about it while I was waiting to take the inspection. My 2020 Murano was damaged when they put the car on the lift. I got a call a few hours later and they told me there was damage to my car and that I would be given a loaner car while my car was fixed. Since that day, not one person has called from Nissan Service. I called every day to try to get an update, left messages for Tatyana Martinez, and was finally told Thursday evening and again Friday evening that my car was still not taken to the body shop. I spoke to the body shop on Monday, April 4th and they finally had my car but had not been able to figure out what they had to do. On Thursday, April 7th, I called again and the car had still not had the damage write-up. Erin and Eileen from the body shop explained that once the damage report was written, then sent for approval, they could actually order the parts and fix my car. My car has been at Conicelli Nissan for over a week. Not one person has called me. It is disgraceful the way I have been treated. I was a loyal customer, but that is no longer true. I am a reasonable person, I understand it was an accident, but the fact that you have not fixed my car is not acceptable. The icing on the cake is that I was charged for the oil change and inspection. More
Service department is un fathomably rude. The are also very slow with your vehicle turn around time. The assistant service manager kait weidamoyer should not have a job there to begin with.
