So, so disappointed in service received today. Had an 11:00 AM appointment. Called at 4:30 and was told car wasn’t even looked at yet. Asked to speak to a manager and was told no one else was available to speak to me. Are you kidding? Always raved about your service department’s excellent customer service. Everyone so pleasant and polite. What happened? I am shocked. Don’t usually write reviews but after that phone conversation, decided that this is the only way I can be heard. If car is not ready tomorrow, hope Nissan will at least provide a loner car. More
