This response completely neglected the poor communication from your service team. Being realistic, it's disturbing to hear that there is such a large backlog of engine work at your shop alone and seems to confirm my suspected poor reliability of Hyundai and their engines. I would have your salespeople stop bragging about your 100k mile warranties if your service shops are too busy to actually fix these apparent unreliable vehicles in a reasonable timeframe. Though this experience and response has not at all helped address my issues, I appreciate you confirming my concern that these vehicles are too unreliable for purchase. Since Hyundai will only tow my vehicle to the closest dealership, which is unfortunately yours, I will continue to attempt to resolve my issue with the actual Hyundai Corporate of America. Good luck with all of your backlog of engine issues. Shame that your business sells such poor vehicles.

Mark, I am sorry to hear you did not have a good service experience recently. I had the opportunity to review this with our Hyundai Service Manager who informed me that we scheduled your vehicle in as an emergency appointment because you stated the car would not run. I believe the factors related to the issues with your vehicle not running were caused by outside companies and unfortunately the repair work was not covered by warranty. Paula D., Customer Relations

Hello , Paula as you see in my post above I am mentioning the customer service not the actual service. But in typical conicelli Hyundai fashion the issues are overlooked and not addressed. I mentioned the $1200 worth of body damage that occurred on my vehicle not in my possession that was either done by the tow company or the dealership. But the dealership was very dismissive and rude regarding the damage I am left with to pay out of pocket. Could you check on that Paula?

Mark: I just shared your response with Mr. McGarry our Service Manager. He advised that you were given a video showing the arrival of your vehicle to our service center which showed the vehicle was damaged by Tow Company not our dealership.

Paula thank you but the surveillance footage of the vehicle is not close enough to determine damage which was shown and determined by insurance company as well. And my insurance companies appraiser was told he had to pay $300 to get photo’s from the dealership. On the other hand the tow truck company was able to provide photo proof of no damage on the vehicle. It’s another sad display of how this dealerships ability to hold No accountability. Ultimately I have photo evidence and facts of my whole horrible experience. The dealership was very detailed on what parts were missing from down to a screw to the battery holder but somehow overlooked to make notation of a vast amount of body damage if that was the case it arrived that way I’m sure it would’ve been in notes to cover theirselves but I guess not.
